One time I was trying to make one of the microwave bowls. Well, I didn’t read right and wound up with what I now use for a pencil holder. Best boo boo ever.
I'm looking forward to your long arm videos! I've had my Moxie for nearly 3 years and quilted A LOT of quilts using simple free motion quilting, AND I finally bought the ProStitcher Lite. My brother is coming over today to help me get it installed. I'm SO excited!! Can't wait to see how your experience helps me learn.
Sometimes I just sit in my sewing room just to think about my projects too. Thanks for sharing the good deals you found. I use that Soft and Stable when I make any kind of bag including project bags. It also quilts up very nice. I wanted to know more about your t-shirt. I didn’t see it listed in the description part. Thank you for your videos, they are just the right length.
I usually fast forward when quilting channel you tubers do crossstitch or embroidery. It is fine for them to do whatever they want. I just skip that part. I cannot wait to see the Sew Yeah blocks put into a quilt! It will be so pretty!

I do super enjoy bags though - I would love to see more things that you come across like the popup bag you showed this morning - that turned out super cute.

Your trash can is very cute. Cross stitch is something I do but lot of quilting channels are adding it to their agenda and I agree with you it is not the same as quilting. If the pieces that are completed and made into a quilt I think it is acceptable. Yes I do stitchery projects but to be honest I normally work on them in winter because of short days.
I love the little trash basket ... and really need it! I agree that it gets too easy to buy (especially online .. wink wink). I have a pretty good stash now and ideas to use a lot of it. I've been using my local shop to fill in backgrounds and notions so feel like I'm spreading my money around. I think I'm over buying pre-cuts. I am finding more flexibility in having fat quarters or larger yardage.
I also like to sit in my sewing studio and play with what projects I want to do…….when I have 4 lap memory quilts to get done! I cannot do anything other than those!!!

I have really loved the Jolly Bar book quilt along and just have the last row of blocks to make. I haven't sent any photos because it's all made of Christmas fabrics. Not only did I save the half square triangles, they are all sewn together! I thought about using them in a border for the quilt, and you apparently have also. Eager to see what you come up with. Not really interested in seeing cross stitch or other hand needle work, love the quilts more!
I nearly always watch the whole video…all be it sometimes sped up. Does that still give you credit for a fully watched video or does it cut time watched short? I personally am not interested in the hand stitched projects..it is a whole different realm!

I do cross stitch as well as quilting. I feel like they are 2 different categories for videos. It is beautiful work. I love it.
