Well if you are unsure about doing the task, don't because it is very basic. I recommend doing one side at a time so you can reference the other if you forget how something goes back together. You can buy a repair manual on your raptor that has blow apart pics of the quad etc. You will need longer shocks if you want to maintain the current ride height of your quad depending on how wide of an arm you go and whose arms you use. If you use the stock shocks it will lower your ride height, but could also change the ride characteristics of your quad because the shock angle is altered. You need to read the specifications for whose A-arms you use cause they will tell you how long of a shock they recommend etc.

Can these be installed using a straight edge, tape measure method? I dont have a degree wheel or angle finder. It looks like the current generation of A Star MX Pro arms includes Heim joints on all 4 frame mounts and car type ball joints as well.
Me and my brother have done alot of work to my current raptor, mostly because of upgrade parts, (PC5) (yoshi pipe) (K&N) (pro taper bars) (skid plates and nerfbars) or the restore we did on my steering stem after I rolled it. we have learned alot about the bike and that but I was wondering how difficult this is? we are by no means 100% comfortable taking the suspension apart but, I still have the stock Shocks on my 2011 raptor, would those aarms work with the stock suspension? thanks for the vid!

This kit sucks I just got the kit and for some reason one set of a arms are bent different than the other one so they sit completely different had to adjust them each drastically different to get them set up right and my frame is strait so can't say that was the reason
