@julie skolnik if u look at the inside of that house on Zillow Katie’s bedroom has wooden blinds inside which will completely block off that window from inside and u wouldn’t see any light coming out of the window. She must have forgot to close those on the other window. It has a ceiling fan light and two ceiling can lights one right above that lit up window.

If Seb slept in the garage, what was the heat source? There could be CO fumes in the garage for hours after a car is turned off. Fumes would accumulate and concentrate nearest the floor where the mattress was.
I don't know about SF's photo of the window being lit up but the fall of light, especially behind the gray blocking strip, looks legit. I don't think he would have noticed the Brink's van headlight being blocked by the tree or what appears to be a garbage can in the backyard, out of place, and blocking some of the view of the neighbor's backyard cam. IMO the headlights weren't for illumination but an attempt to block the neighbor's backyard cam.
