Something that is interesting to me about inferior functions is how strong they are because they need to depend on themselves alone. While an ESJ might have Si parent, they have some access to Se to distribute/share/delegate their obligations with others. ENPs, on the other hand, are kind of by themselves when it comes to their obligations and should be admired for their solo efforts. Thanks for all the consistent work on this channel, Chase.

Cuz Si inferior will go all in or none in. The person Si inferior chooses to be loyal to, the Si inferior will want to aspire and Si hero Aspirational is the highest form and level of loyalty there is. Si inferior wants to settle down but has to find the right person , someone who will accept their lack of understanding of reality and the tangible world and will help them grow into IS×J subconscious. Si inferior won't definitely settle for anyone(unless Se demon corrupted), heck, it won't even settle for a high value person often times, it just looks for the ideal ratio of comfort to discomfort in the context of what their partner would put them through and this world usually offers the extremes of those two, however Si inferior would likely need like 8:2 ratio at the beginning and as the time will pass by, the Si inferior will be taking on more and more discomfort and making it its *new comfort zone*. However at the very beginning, one should make the Si inferior comfortable prior to challenging its capabilities, since Si inferior is insecure about its capabilities and its ability to take on discomfort and innately- suffering.

I’m having some trouble between differentiating Si self discipline and Ni willpower. For example if I want to lose weight and I force myself to eat one meal a day, that is self discipline because I force myself to control my impulses or is it willpower because I want to lose weight? I think you explained the difference in one of your videos but if you would be so kind to explain it to me I would be grateful. Thanks!
As an Inferior Si user myself I set things up so that being disciplined doesn't require that much willpower. I believe the difference between those two is that discipline requires you to adapt to something, while willpower requires to actively fight something. Just my two cents.
Well, why do u want to lose weight
Could be both, the intention is what matters. If you intend to work out because you wanna get your life together then that's discipline Si. If you wanna work out because you WANT to get bitches or improve your future then that's willpower Ni.
Both cause you to put in effort, one to have something strong to fall back one, one to have something strong to look forward to
If you have discipline you can do something even if you don’t want it while Ni can’t do that. Also, it’s fair that people who don’t have Si have Ni and vice versa so they can use them to achieve similar results.
Ni willpower/own desires/self motivation= I want to do it, I'll do it for my own future.
Si self discipline= I have to do it even if I don't want it, it is duty of me to do it, I screw up in the past but now disciplined to be better.
Both of these functions have relation of reflection with each other.
Axis vise:
Ni complements with Se.
Ni fire makes motivated person who want to move forward and bring the air of better experiences, present relevance, protection of reality of others, Se.
Si complements with Ne.
Si earth makes experienced person, who brings new potential possibilities, motivations/desires for others out from own experinces.
Eg. Bodybuilding.
Ni-Se approach
I want to be a bodybuilder I will do bodybuilding.. I am motivated (wishing)to build great physique I have desire for it so I'll go for the process, willing/try to suffer the pain even if I can't endure the pain. Because I want/ I desire to provide best sensations/experiences to others by my body, But once motivation/desire gets done you can't do it further. Ni user need constant fuel of motivation/desire to provide best experiences to others. (protection of reality by what others sense)
Si-Ne approach
Self discipline comes from own good bad experiences. Realising, improvising and learning from own all kind of experinces, I was fat, that's wasn't so comfy to me, I must train for good physique, must control my impulses and my self for right diet, must drink 4 litters of water a day, I'll do anything to be that even if I don't want that because this will inspire others(keep other's desires/motivations in check)
Hoping this helps understanding both's approaches of doing same task.

Thank you for this question and answer. I become sentimental when I encounter this topic. This is a struggle I have intimately come to know.
I've invested many years torn between 2 opposing families, unearthing the entirety of my identity and beliefs simply to understand why I felt I had to chose between them for so long. Trying to understand how it related to my understanding of good and evil. The ONE remedy I have found is to have absolute certainty in my beliefs of what is absolute good. The highest good and the obligation i have to honor my new-found knowledge. Never again, to simply take the next most powerful authority figure's word for it.
It makes me think of and relate to Theon Greyjoy very much when I ponder it. Identity is perhaps the most powerful psychological force man has ever wielded. it should be done so properly.
Though I still fall prey to weaknesses of my own and even lapse in bouts of bitterness, This new-found value i have for personal integrity single-handedly offsets whatever suffering being loyal to it might entail. Now, I'm coming to know what is means to actually have self-respect. So that I do not crave the things that render me weak, as a slave to them.
I used to loathe and dispose the very idea of obligation, but this is how I've come to know Si inferior.
Yes. I hate the countless meaningless enforced superficial obligations that people love to put upon themselves for the sake of nothing else but the enfoeced obligations itself. Its like blind faith to the masters and the systems who created the perception of absolute obligations without needing to elaborate as to why it is an obligation in the first place to the free conscious sentient beings; human. I thought thats Si demon way of thinking(thus the extremely rebelious intjs and infjs), but now i realize its actually the Si inferior's conscious ego/being. The Si demons wouldnt even care to think about obligations. They just cant comphrehend the concept/the idea of obligations, even tho the everyday societies require it everyday, they still cant understand why, or even care to understand. While the Si inferior are always anxious about the true obligations it had promised to the people and thats why they never obligate themselves to just anyone, anything or půssy, status, etc. Fascinating how the mind consciously and subconsciously works
I think you may had discussed this somewere alse but I don't remember, can Si demon at full power surpass Si aspirational or is the aspirational the strongest after all? Maybe some sort of equality?

I agree with you on most subjects but definitely not on women… you’re starting to sound like those angry and bitter red pill guys who have no game. He's hardly red pill. He agrees with some of their points which are true (and they are) but takes from different areas of philosophy, religion, science, and ideologies to combine into his value set and ethical code to live by.
The term $ i Ⓜ️p for example (💲uck as idolizing mediocre 😸) isn't even red pill but modern slang used for men who idolize women and pedestalize them. If I'm not mistaken it was initially coined in the rap community which then became popularized because these behaviors in men 💲I Ⓜ️ ping for women is actually fairly common (people like rappers just happened to observe such behaviors and then came up with a catchy acronym that became popular).
If anything most of Chase's quotes in this video weren't from red pill at all but were from the bible. The Bible does have some based philosophy within it. In fact the one time he did bring up a particular red pill creator (Rollo Tomassi) he vehemently disagreed with him. Chase said vvomen must care about his relationship investment or else he's not going to even consider any kind of commitment and she's out of there. Rollo Tomassi saying vvomen don't care about a man's relationship investment is a no go for Chase according to his own personal value set. He claims it to be a necessary requirement for any vvoman he is romantically involved with whereas Rollo Tomassi's "The rational male" series basically makes a claim that vvomen are generally incapable of it.

Interesting, Fe inferior sometimes feels obligated similarly, I've found myself obligated to intellectually abusive people in the church for example, but pulled away eventually, once I realized what was happening. The valuable lessons I learned there extended into adolescence and adulthood. I tend to treat everyone equally, with the same level of respect until shown differently. Low value women used to chase after me in college because I gave them a respect they weren't used to receiving without lowering myself to simping. I gave them human respect and attention but didn't pursue them further which sometimes led to interesting outbursts. I had many a deep conversation with them and learned that people were multifaceted in ways most never see because of the walls we all put up. I was fairly selective in who I gave my heart away and being devoted to only one woman at a time freed me up to avoid temptations that might have led to some bad situations. All this to say, I think I did alright for myself, but that was a long time ago and the world has only become a more difficult place for today's youth separated by technology where real human connections are more difficult to obtain and women feel pressured to devalue themselves more than they ever have. My advice for an -NTP: get to know people intellectually long before you make connections intimately.

I used to test as an intj (i think due to favoring te above all else) and more recently tested as an enfp (also on the CS Joseph test...I watched the walk through to make sure I understood it). I was tested by a professional who said I was an isfj!
I'm older (50s), so, could it be that I'm learning to use si better that's reflected in that testing?
Many INTJ’s are mistyped ISFJ’s, especially with the women. This is because I don’t get along with a lot of them

@@dogdonut3 Good question. I just don’t get the INTJ vibe from them; and their behaviour patterns are not in coincident with them. A typical INTJ, although seeming cold at first, are very logical, calm, intellectually driven and not reactive, emotional and get offended by something that I initially say. For instance, 2-4 of the females that told me that they were INTJ, either would get very angry, and door slam with some insignificant thing that said. An INTJ would be far more open minded and be more understanding that a fellow introverted NT, an INTP, care more in exposing certain truth rather than sugar coat anything.
I also know that the INTJ is the most desires MBTI type, so many individuals makes themselves believe that they are one.
As an enfp I can confirm your claims, but compared with my istj husband Im much more easily influenced...like in terms of being allured or charmed by other people..Nevertheless, that never becomes physical.

Also just a thought: if you are a guy who is "taken" and with a woman, most likely she has helped you improve (as you have helped her) so other women will tend to find you more attractive. I have had more men approach me after marriage than before.

@Moondust Agreed. I can remember all the way back to when I was a baby, and I have Si child. It just depends on the person a that point.

SE stores memory in physical objects, and remembers others people's experiences.

That's a good point about Si inferiors having surprisingly good self control in certain areas. I can't quite relate to turning down girls who pursue me, cause I'm awkward af. But, I will say that exercising caution in this area is very important. Like you, I also care about fatherlessness; irresponsibility in the area of sexual partners has resulted in a generation of disenfranchised, lost, parentless children (myself included). It's not a point of pride for me to be the product of a night out on the town. Free love, it's like...how is that going for us. Was that a good idea. Lol
