Very good info! I generally go through the same steps but water temperature plays a big part in what I use with high water. Cold high water for me I like less action high visual baits like big marabou jigs, big spawn bags and swedish pimples. Warm water i like the spinners, hot'n tots and flat fish but Ive always hooked up with spawn or wax worms no matter what the conditions are! I prefer float fishing but still figuring out the addicted worms no luck yet but Im sure I will soon

the top water column is the fastest the lowest column is the slowest. if you use a bobber it will drag your presentation off the bottom I'm curious if you use a tight lining method getting your jig in the lower column with mono which sinks better and gives you more contact with the strike

One thing I haven't seen y'all cover is yarnies, atomics and glowbugs. Do you guys not use them? Seems like there are way more colors one can make with yarn then you can find in beads. Especially when one gets into tying atomics and starts layering colors to make new colors. Plus there are no size restrictions as you can tie a glo bug as big as you want.
