Hey, I hope the best for you, I always remembered watching your channel a few years ago, I really hope roblox support steps up their game, it’s sad how easy it is to get in, there’s been a huge surge of accounts getting hacked recently, and it’s pretty pathetic how the roblox support team is the reason behind this, I lost around 2M+ due to roblox’s support team. My best advice to you when requesting a rollback is to make sure that roblox knows it’s their fault. I really do hope the best for you.

@@paradox5434 btr is not safe, if you have it i recommend deleting, many people have asked me if i had it because it was apparently being used to hack/comp people. I would say ROBLOX+ is safe too, but someone had said that was also being used, and i have no idea what is real or fake, but better safe than sorry!
@SamPlayz doesn't mean data cant be leaked, there was rumors of a data leak with ROBLOX+. Someone also had bribed a roblox employee in India $500 for the roblox *admin panel* , no one can be trusted, this stuff goes on is so disgusting and scummy that it doesn't even seem real, its only the tip of the iceberg. You can choose to keep BTR roblox and ROBLOX+, but there are rich players who are talking against BTR and uninstalling ROBLOX+ due to these concerns. Just letting you guys know what I know. I uninstalled ROBLOX+ myself.

I can relate, even though I only lost 160K (give or take 5K). ROBLOX makes me angry to play, especially since the person that did it still plays roblox and didn’t get banned.

And i bought a bit of robux in my new account. And i feel better now. When u get your roblox account try not to spend a lot of money on it because it might become a waste when you lose that account. Roblox should make it so when you buy a limited or trade a limited you cant sell/trade for a period of time so it can help recover your items if you get hacked

Roblox's security seems like it's really bad currently, like seriously... They can't even add PIN codes for trades or selling items, I don't know how all of this works, however, I am scared for my account too, I even logged out today and privated my inventory as I want to minimize the risks. That was my situation. I wasn't active on the game much anymore and was just coming back to ROBLOX when this occurred. I don't have much attachment to ROBLOX anymore so it didn't affect me as much as other players have been affected, but still such a shame that it's still possible considering ROBLOX is a multi-billion dollar company at this point

In my case, I later found out the people who Comp'd me had gotten ROBLOX Toy Codes I had previously redeemed and used those to prove ownership of my account. Kills my braincells thinking that sooo many of these situations could be avoided by ROBLOX customer service simply checking the IP/location of who usually logs in vs who's filing the complaint. It's even worse that they don't take accountability and leave the victim with nothing. Have you redeemed any ROBLOX toy/card codes that someone else had given you? Or does someone else know the code(s)? If so, they could be a suspect. I've heard of people purposely tricked by who they thought to be a "friend" and it's saddening

Account beamers literally taking 1m value even though it's illegal and they could go to jail. The only reason they got is, "Oh, this little kid must have stole their moms credit card." Two wrongs don't make a right... The fact that Roblox says they only do one roll-back is ridiculous. They should do a roll-back every time an account gets hacked, otherwise the account beamer still wins.

The same happened to me and I lost 80k of value. I did my best to get a rollback from my scammed items but unfortunately the roblox restore team weren’t able to restore my items back. I’m very upset about it because I waited 14 days just to get a message about them that they weren’t able to restore my limiteds.
My account got hacked today. My whole account was stripped of its items I'm left with 65 Robux and 0 rap. I look into transactions and the hacker sold my limiteds used the robux towards himself.

I've heard about users getting multiple rollbacks, so it's always worth a shot, but I've also known cases where 2nd rollback requests get denied. I'm sorry to hear you're going through that, and I hope ROBLOX is able to give you a proper rollback

Hi foods! there is a new method that hackers use which basically they only need your email and they can fake receipts and send it to roblox support and they will get access to your account! But if you email ROBLOX I am sure they will give you a rollback for the items you have lost!

Kills my braincells thinking that sooo many of these situations could be avoided by ROBLOX customer service simply checking the IP/location of who usually logs in vs who's filing the complaint. It's even worse that they don't take accountability and leave the victim with nothing.
Have you redeemed any ROBLOX toy/card codes that someone else had given you? Or does someone else know the code(s)? If so, they could be a suspect. I've heard of people purposely tricked by who they thought to be a "friend" and it's saddening

I know I’m late, but for the creator of this video and anyone reading this comment, turn your inventory off and don’t wear your limiteds, this prevent beamers and compers from being able to see what items you have, so they won’t steal them.

I sent them a email about my loss in value but they replied to a different email that I sent them 2 years ago about my old account being hacked. My email I sent them never got a reply but for some reason they decided to reply to a old one

Hey Foods you were a great trading youtuber, well sadly i also lost 4.5 mil 3 week ago including rainbow shaggy+red grind+ lucky it wasn't 1-2 years ago when my value was skyrocketing a fuck ton daily but now i can remember the trades i did and all the hard work i did to get 4.5 mil just to see it being compromised.

My account got hacked a little over a year ago and they spent my 800 robux or so but I managed to contact the roblox support and I got my Robux back but it is only a one time thing to get your robux back that the hacker spent. So if a hacker gets into my account again then I can’t get my robux back so that is why I have the 2 step verification now.
I completely agree with you that roblox needs to step up the security. I couldn’t imagine losing the amount of robux you lost I am so sorry it took you years to work for everything that you had.

Account beamers literally taking 1m value even though it's illegal and they could go to jail. The only reason they got is, "Oh, this little kid must have stole their moms credit card." Two wrongs don't make a right...
The fact that Roblox says they only do one roll-back is ridiculous. They should do a roll-back every time an account gets hacked, otherwise the account beamer still wins.

The same happened to me and I lost 80k of value. I did my best to get a rollback from my scammed items but unfortunately the roblox restore team weren’t able to restore my items back. I’m very upset about it because I waited 14 days just to get a message about them that they weren’t able to restore my limiteds.
My account got hacked today. My whole account was stripped of its items I'm left with 65 Robux and 0 rap. I look into transactions and the hacker sold my limiteds used the robux towards himself.

I've heard about users getting multiple rollbacks, so it's always worth a shot, but I've also known cases where 2nd rollback requests get denied. I'm sorry to hear you're going through that, and I hope ROBLOX is able to give you a proper rollback

this just happened to me , same case as urs. my 2step got deactivated, i had no email change, no pass change. i thought roblox logged me out for security reasons and then i noticed my avatar was changed. i lost 3m value.

Hi foods! there is a new method that hackers use which basically they only need your email and they can fake receipts and send it to roblox support and they will get access to your account! But if you email ROBLOX I am sure they will give you a rollback for the items you have lost!
