I love running on a treadmill it’s a piece of equipment that has stood the test of time against so many fads that come and go. Treadmills you do speed work, tempo runs and lastly long runs no problem. With consistency anyone can get in great shape using a treadmill.
I don’t actually love my treadmill but I don’t mind running on it either…… I watch Hulu while on it & the miles pass by quickly! 🏃♀️Thanks for the info!
Thanks for the nice video, BUT I would really suggest that you reduce the "Like / Subscribe" click sound, since it's higher than the video sound where is feels very annoying for people using headphones therefore made me give you Dislike instead of Like! Sorry!, It's just an advice so we can enjoy your content better in the future ;)
I never got being bored on a treadmill, running is running. I prefer the dark or a dimly lit room while I'm running inside. 8mph on a 3-4% incline with a podcast is plenty fine.

I find running outside much more difficult

Facts, boredom is real. Watching movies on the treadmill helps😊.
I prefer outdoor running but during winter this is not possible. During winter treadmill running is my go to

I ran a 38 minute 10k race , all from training on a treadmill
Raising incline also helps to prevent hard landings on the heel
Better for the knees as well.
Reduce the volume of backsound
Treadmill is only way I can run regularly.
Very sensible advice. The "perceived effort" connection was a real eye-opener. Thanks!
Awesomeness
Nope. Running on the treadmill is doing it wrong.
