The passive cooling technology in this building is amazing - a true pillar of the Melbourne skyline for many years to come. Nicely done to all involved!
I get that Australia is a few decades behind the rest of the world in sustainable building (this one being a great example of mid 70's passive solar pseudoscience) but it is absolutely ridiculous to claim that a glass, concrete, and metal monstrosity is somehow "carbon neutral" full stop, or even close to carbon neutral in operation. You guys cover some beautiful buildings but this level of greenwashing is shameful!
