We had some lovely weather last week in London, but this week it's a bit cold (about 10 or 11) with rain due. I felt a bit cold just seeing those pictures of snowy Calgary😂

Could you give the measurements for the batter for your eboyaki, apologies if I spelt that wrong. I don’t like octopus it tastes too strong.
I didn't measure actually, but on the packaging says 4 Oz takoyki flour: 2 eggs: 360ml water, then green onion and octopus or shrimp. I like shrimp better, too. The flour I recommend Otafuku brand takoyaki flour. Tastes really good.
