Anybody have tips or tricks about getting through this recovery faster? Seems the methods are changing all the time. Now they are saying stay off the ice and get to therapy sooner than later. Thoughts?
Don’t think it’s karma coming back to get you. Things just happen. Hope you have a full recovery and are able to get back to what you love soon. BTW , I just heard about your job change this afternoon, congratulations!!!

karma, No. A guy trying to get er done, Absolutely! In 99/2000 my left AC joint was separated by my seat belt in a T-bone accident. I Was hit in the lower door of my F150 by a medium sized car. Hit and run. Anyhow... Big shots and therapy did nothing for it.. After therapy I'd puke in pain in the parking lot, i easily overpowered equipment and their rubber bands. Being the size of an OX, I don't fit MRI machines. It took them 7 mo to figure out I was grinding bone on bone. Finaly found a sports doc that figured it out in 30 min. 4 tiny holes later I went to Disneyland to heal. 24 years later my shoulder is like a gated 6 speed to move,, Wish you luck
