Man those Gills fought hard! Nice chunks! You can tell how aggressive they were because they kept coming back for it and crushing the bait! Another great video brother!! 👊🎣 😎 👍
I like ProCure but the Salt Strong guys tested a bunch of scents and they say Dr Juice is actually better. I ran out of Dr Juice and so I've been using ProCure successfully. At this point I won't use jigs without a scent added. I mostly fish for flounder and scents absolutely help.
Beautiful bluegills man! I love using procure for saltwater. Did great on late season stripers by putting it on the diamond jigs and swim shads. Great video brother
Dude that procure scent is amazing. I have been using the shrimp scent and it does well. I bought a few more scents to see if it performs better for each species that it’s intended for. Great video as always man keep it up!
Yeah I’ve always been narrowminded when it came to fishing lures but recently I’ve been trying new baits to see what works and what doesn’t. That stuff is legit, can’t wait to try the saltwater version for a fluke and striper 👍👍
I add scent to a miniature zip lock and freshen up my scented bait without wasting scent through overspray. I just drop the bait into the bag then remove the bait, zip the bag shut and store the bag back into my pocket.
Really like the non-sponsered approach to giving your honest opinion on things. Too many videos exist to sell products. Obviously, you're a Procure advocate but still a non-partial vid.
I’ve always wanted to see this same thing done with 2 different scents and 2 guys fishing side by side with identical line, same depth and soft plastic baits and no movement of the bait exactly like your doing. Only reapplied after 2 fish catches to the guy who catches 2. Other guy can’t reapply his scent until he catches 2. Just to see how well it lingers on the bait and which catches the most. Largemouth bass are in the sunfish family and I’m almost positive they like the same scents. I’d like to see it go against Liquid Mayhem, Berkley and Bang attractant which is a oil base. Berkley scientist claim that fish can’t detect oil based scents but catfish are attracted to oily fish like Shad.
See I wanted to do that but I know I won’t be able to manage both rods at the same time and I didn’t want to get into the mess of fishing two rods and missing fish on each one. Next time I bring a friend though I’m definitely gonna try that 👍
@@609Fishing It would be interesting to see how oil based compares against water based scents. I think on the oil based scents most bass pros use is Bang Shad scent. Berkley Scientist also say garlic isn't attractive to bass. That would be a great test also. Bluegill would be the best way to test because they're more willing to bite a still bait and there's more of them to catch.
I’ve definitely noticed that adding a little scent has helped the fish hold the bait longer.
💯

Thanks Joel it was a good change of pace day. Thanks for watching 👍

Awesome video bro I’m sold definitely going to pick some up in the next 5 minutes!
It honestly helps when they grab it, they typically don’t drop it
My friend's dad used to use this stuff called "Dr. Juice" that would leave an oil slick on the water. I am with you about hating to be on the couch.
Yeah definitely nice to have in the tackle box on a tough bite day

Smart move
I tried the trophy bass/trout/corn/Menhaden and all worked haha. The fish seem to hold onto the bait longer. Great job man!
Yeah I noticed that today, with the second strikes. Thank you for watching Bob ✊✊✊
