Good afternoon Richard. I hope this comment find you well. I saw this video of yours, in preparations for my product manager interview, and guess what I GOT THE JOB. Your insight, tips and how you but answers together was absolutely amazing. It made me stand out. Thank you soooo soooo very much. Keep making videos, it really help people. Have a great summer.
Thank you! This is very helpful for me as a software engineer and business analyst I like being a leader and want to move to product management. I have 5 years of professional experience yet it's really hard to get the position when you don't have product management experience. A lot of these companies also have around 5 interviews and it becomes a draining process! I am practicing as many interview questions as I can with my own answers of course but this helps a lot!
I've worked with product managers at small and large companies since the early 90s, and while what "product manager" meant varied a lot, in no case was a product manager a leader of a team. They *worked* with teams, but the were not "managers" in the personnel sense. That said, I really appreciate this video.
Thanks for sharing and I am glad you enjoyed the video! I have this for you too: th-cam.com/video/tgrJ6Lirk2w/w-d-xo.html Please would you SUBSCRIBE to my channel? I'd very much appreciate your support. Thank you! Richard 🙏

Hi Richard. What's a good way to address this question: One of the bank's existing credit products is not performing as well as expected. What steps would you take to identify the root cause of the problem, and what actions would you recommend to address it?
I have a question about the value proposition steps. In step 2, you said you would write a brief description of how each benefit adds value to the product? What do you mean? Could you give me an example? Do you mean like you list out the benefits of a product (or the uses of a product) and then explain how each benefit (or use) is valuable to a customer?
