Great band, all of them amazing musicians and very creative. Please also check out their video for "I wish I"! Someone actually uploaded a version of that one with English subtitles. They are kind of hard to follow on a first listen though since SO much is happening throughout the song. It's maybe a bit harder to digest musically but its and AMAZING song!

Congrats… you’ve found one of the best bands out there and have been putting out great music for over a decade. Interestingly for most of that time the woman, Hana, who’s playing drums had blue hair and back when they had costumes in their own color choice, Hana would dress in black and blue with a more macho style then the others. One of their albums was lagging on sales so Hana threatened to dye her hair back to black and apparently got a nice uptick in sales.
The Mike performar girl saw Bass singing at a high school festival and invented her to an audition to become a member after graduation. There is another female drummer who is on maternity leave at this time, though it is not shown in this music video.
he means "the bass player (Koga) saw Angie (pink hair) at a high school festival and invited her to an audition". It was actually along another girl who was supposed to become the lead singer, while Angie would be a "mic performer". But the "lead singer" girl didn't agreed and Angie stayed alone ... and soon became a great singer/entertainer.
I was in a Catholic American school and the school rules were very strict. Students from grade school to high school have to have their own natural hair. boys hair is not aloud to get on the collar and girls hair is not allowed to get on their shoulders. Hallelujah to Virgin Mary :)
