hey, really cool video, the waterproofing required is simply silicone allong all the joints, and i personnally changed the bearing for sealed units and packed the outdrive with marine grease to avoid water getting in that way. the belts havent been the issue for me, but I have gone through 5 complete transmission in a really short time (they lasted on average 12/20 minutes of slow and responsible driving) and the replacement is quite expensive. for the rear leds, there's now a file for a lens on thingiverse, seem to be pretty good. personnally it'S my favourite truck in my collection (its really crazy in the winter) but it's been shelved until i find a fix. kkrc did release an updated and supposedly stronger transmission, i got it on order but i will receive it mid-end march. I hope it'll be strong enough for my scale driving. I have been making a few upgrades and accessories for it but havent had the chance to try them in real world conditions (an amphibious sherp trailer)

Mine was delivered late november so maybe it has the updated trans? Not sure. Also came with two bags of spare gears so thats cool. Really enjoying it and its great to have something a little different isnt it.

Hey hi really like you video I had a question are you able to do a video where it shows how to connect the ESC and how you tuned it that’s the only issue I’m not sure how to connect them. Thanks.
Just a word of caution, the drivetrain is very weak in these. I would not recommend to anyone who doesn’t enjoy wrenching and fabricating on scale RCs. My belts have held up well, but I’ve had to replace the driveshafts after only 6 months of use. Having a spare differential drive is also very handy. I run mine on 2S only as well. Very enjoyable and different driving experience though.
