Another CSM kit review, you know I love them but what did I find in this kit? You can support future videos here I don't do membership:- paypal.me/JasonPort
Whenever I see a review of their kits I always have the feeling that CSM is the "unofficial" son of WingNut Wings. This is such an interesting subject...and certainly a "serious" kit. I said 2024 would be a year of NOT adding to my stash (and I've already busted that by buying The Bloody Hundredth from Eduard), but I might have to acquire this. I so wish it were 1/32 instead of 1/48. I want to apologize Jason for not being around the past several months. Life (work and family) has been crazy...but hopefully the Fall will be quieter and I'll be able to catch up with series like the Scarnhorst build. Hoping all is well with you and your family. Peace.
Hi Jason, that looks to be too much PE for me, but the kit itself looks to be very good, will you do a build series on the kit? Best regards from a Kiwi living in Australia, Les
The "premium edition" contains the additional resin and metal exhaust. At least there is a plastic version of the engine and exhaust. The Dolphin doesn't even give you a crankcase unless you pay for the premium edition.
Hi Jason, great first impressions, thanks! Very interesting subject, never seen so much PE in any kit! Have a great day, Dom
That’s a nice looking kit. I may be tempted. Thanks for the video.
Hi Jason, another great First Impression. Interesting how they include so much PE in the kit. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day. Jeff
You too Jeff
Oooooo, Copper State. This'll be a real treat! 👍
Absolutely great review, always wanted to see what you got with a copper state models, model. Definitely not for the faint hearted

Hi Kent, nice to hear from you, your not alone always goes bit quiet over summer. I agree CSM are what WnW were
Just starting this now Jason interested to see what you think of the kit. Cheers
Get ready to be amazed. Check out on Wikipedia how Canadian Alan McLeod earned the VC in this a/c; almost unbelievable.
Interesting review. But strange all the photo etch. The CSM website doesn't mention any premium version.
The strange things on the side is the radiator.

at some point yes
Did you have a resin engine in the box? (And a metal exhaust pipe system)
I showed everything
