This movie overemphasized cleaning the wound. In EMT class we always use sterile bandages and wear gloves, but you're going to die from blood loss way before sepsis can take you. Nothing is really sterile in an emergency.
Wouldn't the temporary wound cavity from even a grazing shot by .308 or 30-06 be massive? Ballistic gel expands wildly when fast rifle rounds go thru. So, a 3,000 or so ft/sec projectile, even grazing her skinny arm would render it completely useless, right?
@@nickamalfitano3613 it's all hyper dependent. The temporary and over elastic wounds on gel vs the human body can vary greatly. its kinda goofy how directors and to some extent your average person thinks that like a your average 5'5" 140 lb woman can beat the average 5'10" 200 pound man in any sort of physical altercation
A couple of problems with that logic: 1. That's a difference of only 60 pounds, yet if it was a shorter man of similar weight taking on a larger man 60 pounds his greater in weight, you'd call that a fair fight. 2. Why is it always 120 to 140 pounds with you people when you look at a woman? We don't know how much she weighs, and she could easily have had more pounds on her than that, while still looking rather boxum. Most women - in America at least - weigh 150+ considering most of them aren't exactly models. 3. We never actually get a good look at the killer next to her - but he looks like a scruny fellow, himself, who seemed to be more or less the same height as her, and even if he was taller - it would have been by how much? 3 or 2 inches maybe at the most? He's clearly not a giant of a man like some kind of basketball player, so I'm not really sure why you're treating it like he is, especially when she's not exactly short, herself. 4. She never tried to fight this man hand-to-hand; she stabbed him *TWICE.* Like, literally, she seriously shanked him in the kidney area and in the shoulder. That's more than enough to shut someone's shit down right there in most cases - just ask any prostitute who's ever been arrested for stabbing a violent John to death. That said, when she wasn't stabbing him - she bashed his brain with a fire extinguisher. She didn't have to be bigger or stronger when she had sharp stabbing instruments and blunt force objects laying around to give her strikes more lethality. Women's prisons are full of man-killers, and female serial killers are a thing. One of the most brutal series of murders in American history - committed with an axe - were carried out by a black woman who didn't like mixed race families in the early 1900s, and the police let her get away with it because they didn't suspect her because she was a woman, and they didn't believe a woman could have committed these atrocious crimes. By the time they realized she was behind it, she'd long since skipped town. Also, according to the International Center for the Study of Terrorism, female terrorists are more successful compared to male ones because of several factors, most notably because women are still not expected to be involved in violence. The common social assumption that women are inherently weaker, gentler, and more peaceful than men discounts their ability to engage in such lethal activity. That assumption allows female terrorists to be overlooked by counterterrorism efforts and escape thorough security inspections in many conflict zones, despite recent attempts to correct this security lapse. Humans are violent; it doesn't matter what gender - we're all killers at our worst.

@natsockaiser2067 But the logistics for that would be absurd. How do you kill the attendant in the brief window that you know they'll be passing by and also know that they'll stop there in that timeframe without half a dozen other motorists rolling up since he clearly didn't block the roads. I guess that's maybe what the leaking gas was supposed to imply is that he knew it would be where the driver would turn in, but this has so many balls that wouldn't be juggled.

Humans are violent; it doesn't matter what gender - we're all killers at our worst.
On the subject of snipers one i recommend is downrange would be awesome to see a breakdown on that one
Of course the sniper doesn't shoot the kid. Kids are immortal in Hollywood horror films. Thus, kid characters ruin horror films.
I remember a old horror movie called Feast. They not only killed the kid they had him torn apart on screen. Don't think it was a Hollywood movie tho
Damn, it's like you have a designated personal manservant dedicated specifically to sniffing out the most schlocky films the makers of which are in one way or another obsessed with garbage identity politics.
Was there any way it could’ve been the boyfriend/husband?
@natsockaiser2067 But the logistics for that would be absurd. How do you kill the attendant in the brief window that you know they'll be passing by and also know that they'll stop there in that timeframe without half a dozen other motorists rolling up since he clearly didn't block the roads. I guess that's maybe what the leaking gas was supposed to imply is that he knew it would be where the driver would turn in, but this has so many balls that wouldn't be juggled.
I mean I know voices sound different over Radios but if it WAS her husband. Wouldn't she have picked up on it? Like his voice had to be familiar
Isn't a gas station? Lighting a fire near a gas station doesnt seem very smart
Look for “Carotid Triangle”, you might find useful to know where it is. Confirming what nerd said: Dead in minutes
I WANT MORE TRIPLE TAP CONTENT
is this the first 50/50 rating?
Do: How to Beat the KILLER DOLL in Child’s Play 2! 🔪🩸
@@an-animal-lover Yes! Yes! YESSSS! 👍🏾🔪🩸 #DoChildsPlay
It is wayy to convenient that those isles were on rollers
To be fair, the fact she made SURE he was dead was a better move than most films like this go for.
Splice the panick button wires back together, movie over.
She shrugged off a sniper shot to the arm like it was a low caliber pistol.
Wow snow white 624 looks great. Can not wsit for stronge and independant 625.
Can you do how to beat playtest from black mirror ?
How to beat the bigfoot in abominable *2006)
The CANS!!! They're shooting at the cans! STAY AWAY FROM THE CANS!!!
"The Jerk"... heh heh.
@@an-animal-lover It's from the Steve Martin movie "The Jerk". A sniper was trying to kill Steve Martin but kept missing... but Steve couldn't comprehend what was happening as the oil cans kept exploding.
The scene was so similar I couldn't help but notice.
if nerd was in jojo's bizarre adventure, i bet he'd even outlive joseph joestar
The tool you couldn’t identify looks like a saw attachment for a jigsaw
Are we really supposed to root for the cheating 304?
@@streamofthesky True.
Meet The Sniper
Why wouldn't that cop who was passing by notice how the gas station is entirely dark only in the interior with multiple cars near it.
"Random act of violence" 😭
12:15 I mean thats just a saw blade, like a foxtail saw blade

I'll sit there eat Cheetos and get drunk
Hollywood really does live in their own little world huh?
The writing of the bad guys in these movies is formulaic and so played out. Like we get it Writer, you’re an out of touch leftist. Great.
Anytime they show the character is a cheater I always root for the person trying to kill them
Exactly
She survives the impossible not because she's a good person or is smart but because she's hot smh
How is cheating worse than murder? Or in this case, multiple murders?
God is nowhere
God is now here

Whoa, I'm early. that's a first!
the sniper is just chester bro
I mean its great to find a clean bandage but it really doesn't matter if it was covered in shit. The goal should be to stop the blood loss and make it to a hospital before any type of infection could kick in
Do the puppet master !
Maybe the sniper was her husband
Id probably die😄
hey I’m kind of early
Good movie
Is that britney spears?
Modern-day Hollywood writing has become eye-wateringly dumb. It's frankly astonishing.
I really liked the movie until they shoe horned "the message" and generic "Maga" Stereotypes into it. At that point, I was taken out of my suspension of disbelief and stopped enjoying the movie.
Drinker fan spotted

What did you expect? Election season is here, gotta make the Republicans and America first people look bad
Oh noooo, this movie called you out, huh? 😂
