I had this batmobile as a kid and it remains my favorite design of them all. Wish I still had it.
I prefer the 'original' Batmobile, but this is a really nice looking toy. Lovely version. Totally agree: the yellow stickers are pretty poor (based off the pictures on the box) and this Batmobile is far better off without them.
Excellent review! Hopefully this Batmobile will be released by DC Direct with lighting and electronic sounds in a larger scale for the 6-inch figures.

It's one of my favorite cars too. I did use stickers for the hubcaps, and the reflection stickers that are placed directly under the headlight stickers. I decorated the engine parts too simply because I found it too plain. This is a wonderful sleek style very reminiscent of the curves of the 60's sports models the two seater was a revolution to a nineties kid who didnt grow up with Super Powers or the ToyBiz car. That quick deploying missile launcher was amazing and made this vehicle quite fun

This is a sweet looking Batmobile
I got this for $42 which is lucky considering on ebay they sold for $200 - $400 in mint condition and i bought it in mint condition, ah i do enjoy a bargain.

I don't understand why it's so hard to make a Batman with a cape that's either cloth or removable.
Tetsuron kids could lose the cape, or choke on it, especially smaller kids like toddlers or newborns

Correction I have not applied any of the stickers from the custom sheet if you want to see them I have them. Also my box just says Batmobile on it completley forgot about the Night Striker prefix.

Robin does actually drive the batmobile in the episode with farmer Brown. It was either him or Batgirl, but they were both in the car and it's been years since I saw the episode, so forgive me if I'm wrong
Great review and very different from unboxings now. Now every unboxing includes the actual unboxing with the cardboard inserts and everything. But who would have thought 10 years ago that this is the way people want to see it now. But great review I also have this Batmobile

Have you tried the Hot Wheels Cult Classics 1:18 line? The scale works well, though it is a tad more delicate than something like this.
How about the Tumbler batmobile
You should've used a Batman that had a cloth Cape instead of a plastic one.
The boxes are so huge.....

the JL Batman figures do fit. you just need to wrap the cape around his legs and then he will fit
