Currently sick with Covid, and itching to get back to exercise, but I will definitely be keeping these guidelines in mind. The 7-day period of symptom-free rest seems like it will be a challenge, but I guess it’s not worth the risk of long-term health problems. Thank you!

Hello from the U.S. Thank you for your very informative presentation. As a 60 year old who walks 4-8 miles per day for the past 10 years, I am grateful for you video. Ty. G

I’m day 6 Covid for the first time and am still extremely tried and congested. Feel guilty being so inactive and want to know when I can / should work out. So did you wait the full ten or 17 days to introduce some walking ? I think it might still be too early days but have done short walks to end of my lane and back.

Did you test for any live virus before getting back in the gym, or anywhere public with people?

Hey mate, I did do a follow up test but mainly for work. The guidelines in South Australia currently say that you can leave isolation after 8 days of a positive test unless you have ongoing symptoms. But you should check the guidelines in your country / state in case they are different.
