I can still remember the 70s in Cambodia, long ago. When the Khmer New Year came, all of us children and neighbors would collect big barrels on the street in front of our houses and theirs. We children and adults carried buckets or bowls of water and splashed everyone who was in the car with their family or anyone who drove by. Although they asked not to get wet, they couldn't be mad because it was Songkran, the New Year celebration. In the end, everyone had fun getting strangers wet, but of course you should take it with humor and not overdo it.

• ក្រុមហ៊ុន (kromhun) - from the French word "entreprise"
ទាហាន (tahan) - from the Thai word "tahan" (ตะหาน)
