    Fun Fact: In the 80s when it opened, Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel was originally called Dynasty Hotel.

    Singapore had so much promise back then... it has become so dull and lifeless today. Everything is owned by the few cronies...

    I miss those days when times used to be a lot more simple and less fast paced , I can feel the warmness of Singaporeans back in those days... Back then the kampung spirit was alive and kicking , I don't feel that vibe anymore... Almost everyone are like glued to their smartphones...less human interactions and becoming a more materialistic society..the good old days were long gone and dead. It is a huge mess now...

    Singapore was more balanced those days with forests and fields and livable infrastructure. I miss one / two storey houses. Now, there is a lot of concrete and people everywhere. Nowadays, greenery is considered roof gardens and bushes on sheltered walkways.

    Lido was still a stand alone cinema
    Buses had no AC except service 168
    There was a KFC beside Lido
    Was it Burger King or Mac at Liat tower?
    Centerpoint just took over Far East Plaza as the place to be
    Rumours had tea dance on Saturdays
    Everyone was wearing Giordano Blues
    Ixi:z was a thing at Wisma Atria
    Tropicana was for old man

      This Warmness felt in the video tend to disappear even in Singapore , Hong Kong , Japan as they were a Family Society like Middle East for example , Not individualists as West;
      I feel Sorry of course for People living in bad conditions, but Singapore Today feels very Lonely , and.... ODD !
      AAAHH , the Era when Tigers still existed in Singapore !
      I read that in 70's some Latex workers in the jungle in Singapore have been attacked by tigers !
      By the Way, We know Sri Lanka is close to India, Right ; but Why There is No Tigers in Sri Lanka ( And even in Borneo Island ( Sumatra in the same country does have tigers) ??
      I love the reservation , politeness, Modesty Values of the Far East ( it's like the Middle East) ; Please, DO NOT LET THE WEST OCCIDENTALISE YOUR MORE !
