My mom and me are obsessed with momos and she usually sometimes makes them home but the point is instead of the stuffing inside of momos try putting those ramen in them like ramen momo’s o-o
Or you could try it the Indian way:
Make ramen samosas they would taste absolutely Delicious!

    Hey Lisa
You should try ramen fryrice it's so simple to make
    1. Take a cup noodle ramen (it will be good if you use shin ramen)
    2. Heat it up the ramen with come oil until crispy then you can add your rice and the packet Spicy's and cook it until you think is done (does that even make sense anyways)
    3. Then up some sesame seeds and sesame oil at the bottom of the cup and put the rice back in...then enjoy
    (hope you like it)

    1. Minced onions, garlic and tomatoes and fry them with oil and butter.
    2. Add soy sauce in the mix with red chilli powder, salt, sugar or any seasoning you have that you think will go together. I also like to add ketchup.
    3. Cook the noodles (i usually use Maggi chicken) in another pot and add the seasoning.
    4. Add the noodles into the mix and swirl it to mix everything evenly
    It taste really great 😉👍👌

I'm so glad it worked out for you Lisa! May I suggest cooking the noodles in some leftovers? Add some saucy type leftover (I like japanese curry and chili) to a pot with some water and bring to a boil. Add dry ramen and seasoning, and let the noodles soften. Once they start separating, add an egg, or more depending on how many people you're cooking for. Let the egg cook until the whites over the yolk are opaque. Cover with cheese and let that melt. Transfer mess into a bowl and you're done! Ideally, the egg yolk should be runny, but if you don't like runny yolks, then you can cook it longer.

Next time if there is a next time, you can roll out the tortilla using Wax paper, With the tortilla dough in-between the Wax paper, this way you use less flour, or you can use a gallon zipper bag, carefully cut off the zipper section and cut the sides. Put a wet towel on the counter to anchor and the zipper bag filled with dough and a smidge of flour on top and roll. Thanks for sharing

Lisa the noddles u are using are famous in India and you can eat it without boiling by crushing the noddles (not till it becomes dust) we usually mix it with onion tomato some spices and that's all

Tip: You should boil the water next time for the tortillas. Very hot water makes a huge difference! The tortillas comes out a softer.

U should make maggi as i do
    1.boil water
    2.put noodles
    3.add garam masala, cumin seeds
    4. Add salt, pepper
5.wait the water to completly dry off but don't off the stove. Add masala to it and mix well. This will give you a nice colour.
    Use yippie if you can.
I loves the taste of it . U should try it .

I’ve had Wai Wai noodles since I was a kid, the interesting thing is that with these noodles people normally eat it as it is, by crushing it up and adding the seasoning and chilli packets without cooking or anything just as it is! it’s actually really good😂

Hi Lisa you should make your own sauce for your Ramen noodles from scratch or use your compound butter and noodles and see how that is….. I bet that it would be good
