Chip Fields-one of the Ronettes in THIS specific recording-should have appeared on the images

Go Jennifersenn.... You knew the deal. Colpix 1962... Breakup of girls in late 1966, early 1967... Then Ronnie trying it on her own. This recording is from the Colpix AND Buddah years, a compilation. Some early stuff from Colpix, sure. But also this one...from 1973...Buddah Records...Ronnie ...and is NOT Estelle and Nedra...it is Chip Fields and Denise Edwards (then Denise Linton). No one tops our knowledge base about the Ronettes', Nancy!

That's not Nedra and Estelle singing with her, right? It almost sounds like an '80's song!

No. That's Chip Fields and Denise Linton.

Thanks, Paul! Nothing worse than "fake" Ronettes -- ugh! Ronnie by herself is fine, but I refuse to listen to anyone who calls herself a Ronette that is not Estelle or Nedra. I stand firm on that. There can be other "Temptations", other "Miracles", maybe even four other "Tops"....but there are only THREE Ronettes -- EVER in my world. Some things are sacred. P.S. the photos are fabulous, Paul -- you rock!!

At 1:20 that guitar sure sounds lie George Harrison? Could it be?

Lead guitar on this record was by well known session player Hugh McCracken who actually earned a special "Featuring..." credit for his contribution on the labels of both sides of the original 45 rpm single.

Hello "Gurl Groups"... You need to do a little more research on your uploads. That is if you want to go up against someone as dedicated to the Ronettes as Jennifersenn.
You are wrong, she is right. This is not Nedra and Estelle on this recording. The recording was made at Buddah records in 1973...long after Estelle and Nedra PERMANENTLY left the Ronettes in very early 1967.
You are correct that the girls recorded at Colpix before going with Phil Spector at Philles and making it big.
