The depot is gorgeous, Scott, and I appreciate the mini history lesson! I love hearing about that stuff. History was always my favorite subject in school. Thank you so much! 😀😀😀😀❤❤❤❤
Wow! Excellent catching all the trains in Ringgold, Georgia, I like them, they're awesome, @1960gambit, Scott, thank you very much and have a nice day and night.
Lots of history down in Georgia. Stopped over in Ringgold several times in the past. Wasn’t looking for trains though. Areas of the city were devastated by tornados.
Thank you for the spectacular video today, Scott! You featured great trains, historical sites, and beautiful scenery. It looks like a wonderful place to grow up and live! I really enjoyed the history lessons and the historical signs. They were very informative, and I learned so many new facts. I can't thank you enough. I pray you and JT and families have a wonderful weekend and please be careful out there. We'll chat again soon, Lord willing.😃😃😃😃😃😃❤❤❤❤❤❤
More fantastic views Scott! And thanks for showing the historic displays!..its always good to learn how things evolved. Excellent video! 🚂🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃💯👍🇺🇸
That was a fabulous mixed manifest, Scott! It was long and had a fantastic string of the huge box cars. There was a fine variety of freight, also! 😃😃😃😃❤❤❤❤
Scott that first train you got at tunnel Hill that was what you call a rack a fest lol but that thing had to be every bit of 2 1/2 miles long if not longer I didn’t think it was ever gonna stop coming over that hill and you and JT made that little boy day. That was awesome he was as happy as he could be, but anyway, my friend another great video and I can tell y’all are really enjoying yourself down there so as always, my friend you stay safe out there and watch your back and we’ll see you on the next one
Yes, that was a monster train Timmy. That little boy saw his Superman when he saw JT! Lol I was talking to his mom and told her we were TH-camrs and she said that her little boy was a train nut. I asked her if he watched JT and she said he watches him every day. I said "What would you say if I told you JT was sitting in my car right now?" She about died when she saw him! Lol That little man was in seventh heaven. He kept JT busy the whole time they were there! Lol
Good made video, mr 1960gambit. Nice spot trains there by the tunnel, good the train station from 1815 and later see. Question: Georgia was Jimmy Carter the governor and later president. The locomotive you missed i think that was NS. Thx for this topvideo 🚆🚆👍💪👍💪👌🚆. Greet from Zandvoort the Netherlands.
Great views in Georgia and Tennessee. I liked the tunnel and the rock train. Nice train station. Looks really hot. Take care. Thank you for this video. ❤
The tunnel was cool. I have a video coming soon of trains running through a tunnel. We had to drive through a creek and down a goat path for about a half mile to get to it! Lol
Hi Scott, i love Tenessee & Georgia for railfans, the locations were awesome, beautiful depots & stunning countryside love Tunnel Hill, i watch alot of abandoned rail tracks & tunnels in the UK, we have loads! Some tunnels you can walk through but many are being filled in or gated off which is a shame. Looking forward to the next video ftom your trip Scott! ❤😊👍
Glad you like them, Carol. I think getting to see old stuff and learning about history is a very interesting thing. Too many people today know nothing about the past or even care to know unless they can whine about it like many here in the USA do on a daily basis to get their 15 minutes of fame. You can`t change the past, but you can learn from it. We have too many people over here that think they can change the past and the problem is our "so called" leaders listen to them.
that manifest in ringgold had a couple new cryo cars!! first i've seen with cavish on them!! i know one thing if i lived by those gates they7'd be constantly working on them replacing that damn bell!!!
That was awesome seeing the train disappear into the tunnel! 😄😄😄😄❤❤❤❤
Got a cool tunnel video coming soon!
@@@1960gambit Awesome! 😁😁

You bet!
@@1960gambit 😁😁
We wrapped up with a heavy rock train and a mostly auto rack train. Both were rather short but good. 😄😄😄❤❤❤
Great video, Scott! Thanks for taking us on a railfanning trip to Georgia!
Thanks John! Got a lot more coming still!
A very long mixed manifest/auto rack at 112 cars. Great catch, Scott! Thanks very much. 😃😃😃😃❤❤❤❤
Very welcome

Glad you enjoyed it Jim! I like the old stuff too. It really interests me to see how things were back in the day!
Train tunnels are cool. Abandoned Train tunnels are even cooler.
I agree. I have a video coming soon of a tunnel with the trains running through it. We had to drive through a creek to get to it! Lol

Thanks Roelof. Yes, Jimmy Carter was governor of Georgia and did become president. He was from Plains, Georgia and he was a peanut farmer.
Pretty doggone cool Scott. Lots of memories from around that area. Thanks so much. Great video.
You're very welcome Lou. I'm glad you liked it! 😁
Nice video

Great views in Georgia and Tennessee. I liked the tunnel and the rock train. Nice train station. Looks really hot. Take care. Thank you for this video. ❤
It was blazing hot that day! I think that`s the hottest I`ve been in a few years, no doubt about it!
Fantastic looking inside the tunnel. Looked abit spooky. Amazing how close you managed to get to the track. Really jumped out our tv. Many thanks.
