I would have to agree because from the looks on their faces they were completely dumbfounded as to what the heck he was doing there. I like the Far Side too!
Thank you. Some lovely videos. You can't get much more American than an engine and caboose. My favourite has to be the Union Pacific in sun going by the gorgeous autumn gold tree. Thanks
Good made video, mr 1960gambit. There in the U.S.A. call that a caboose, here in the Netherlands use that caboose a material car for the workers on the tracks hoe work on the railway maintenance. Thx for this topvideo 🚆🚆🚆👍💪💪👍👌🚆 in Hamilton. Greet from Zandvoort the Netherlands.
Hi Scott part 2 didn't disapoint, loved the intermodel & it's always cool seeing a UP. I'm sure the autoracks are getting longer I've seen the CANAS tagged in green loads of times. Well we have storm Bert to look forward to over the weekend, up to 15 inches of snow & 70mph winds, marvellous. We still have snow on the ground & it's bitterly cold 28°f. Hope you managing to get out & about Scott & your weather not disrupting your plans too much. See you on the next one.❤😊👍
Holy Cow! 15 inches!!! That is crazy! I hope you don`t get hit that hard for sure. 70MPH winds will really create havoc with that much snow too. Please be safe Carol!
Another brilliant video. Great variety of cars. Loads of auto racks as usual. Many thanks. Uk weather today clear sky no cloud or wind temperature -2. We have storm Bert arriving on Saturday. 70mph wind and 4 inches of snow. Roll on spriing.
Thanks Robina! Yes we have snow today and a very stiff cold wind too. Looking at maybe getting 2 inches of snow tonight as well. I'm ready for Spring too!
Trains usually collect up Darwins and idiots, keeps the nations' aggregate IQ higher. Deadhead moves are cool. Nice fall colors, the last of our leaves were gone over a month ago and it's snowing right now. More great Hamilton action, liked it a lot. Thanks Scott!
You got that right. I see these people walking on the tracks with those earbuds in, listening to music and walking right down the middle of the tracks. They think they will see the train coming, but what about if it`s behind them? Total idiots. I have had to yell at more than one to get off the tracks when a train was coming. Most of them thank me, but I had one guy that was so stoned he had no idea what I was even trying to do, which was trying to keep him from getting killed. Like you say, Darwin will take care of the stupid! Have a great day P!
Nice train video in Hamilton, Ohio, Scott. It’s been quite a while since the last time I was in Hamilton. The old paper mill plant sure looks different without the existence of the old 4-story gray-blue brick building.
Yes, I miss that building too. It looked good as a backdrop to the trains as they passed. It burned to the ground when Jaw Tooth and I were in Chattanooga in August.
Yeah Scott talking about those railroad police I’ve got a cousin he’s a police for Norfolk Southern and he covers a big area every day unless he’s having trouble in one place and he’s gonna go sit there but I’ve seen him right people tickets and my little town for walking across the track But anyway, my friend another awesome video and as always you stay safe out there and watch your back and we’ll see you on the next one. Oh, and that first train that empty auto rack that thing had to be 2 1/2 miles long at least lol
Yes, I was told that the officer hangs out up there a few times a month because so many fools have been hit by trains there. I don't get it, but I guess if you are dumb enough to walk the tracks, you're dumb enough to get killed too. Have a great rest of your day, Timmy!
Always a good show in Hamilton. Like you, I have see that autorack with the "CANAS" graffiti before. Matter of fact, I think I just saw it on Jaw Tooth's channel a day or so ago. You two are the only two channels I try to watch every video posted. So thanks for another good one.
Thanks Lou. I met a viewer of mine at the tracks in Hamilton on Tuesday and he told me that the guy that paints those "Canas" tags only has one hand! He showed me a video of him tagging a car with a paint roller on an extension pole.
funny how Barney can see someone just cutting across the racks but is blinds as a damn at to the prick who spends 4 hours tagging up a car!!! you know on that the railroads do encourage some of it here we've got an underpass with a sidewalk an right next to both ends there's a set of steps going up and over the tracks and those steps have been there as long as i can remember!!! 1830 is diluted sulfuric acid by the way a 51% concentration! and those plain whites ones on the intermodal yesterday i think those are private rentals that i've heard about!!
I talked to an NS policeman earlier this year and he told me he has to cover 4 states. He said he catches taggers all the time and it`s a $750 fine, but he can`t be everywhere. That CSX cop comes up there and other places on this line because people get hit on it regularly, especially in Hamilton where they have a real drug problem. Thats the first time I`ve seen him there, but I have seen him 3 or 4 times in Glendale because just as many people cross the tracks there and they don`t have a drug problem. I guess Darwin gets the dumb ones!
Those trespassers probably don't even realize that railroad police exist. My favorite all-time comic is The Far Side.

Thanks Alex! Yes, I have to agree. Those locomotives look great in front of that bright yellow tree. Have a great day!

You`re welcome, Roelof! Have a great day!
That 1st CSX train is the longest South bound CSX train I ever seen 🌹🌹🖤🖤

UP stole the show on this video for sure! Good stuff all around. Well worth watching. Thanks Scott!
You`re very welcome, Mike! Have a great rest of your week and weekend!
Awesome Norfolk Southern and CSX Trains.
Thanks for watching! I hope you enjoyed the trains!
Super catches Scott! Another great day at the rails!
🚂🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃💯👍🇺🇸
Thanks Jim, I appreciate it!
Great video Scott. The intermodal was so colorful, really nice. I enjoyed all the trains. UP again not so unusual lately. Thank you. ❤
Thanks Margie! Yes, it seems like UP is coming through more often here lately. It is my favorite railroad, so I don't mind! Lol
