@@sgvdb1948 5 years brotha, at least 3 times daily 12-16mg per day on average. went to rehab and that was a huge mistake. they only gave me a week long taper so I ended up in the hospital having seizures and hallucinating, came super close to dying. id recommend going to the hospital for a detox program or finding a rehab that other benzo addicts can vouch for. prayin for you bro
