- We are competing in a scavenger hunt style race on BeamNG Drive, which involves trying to tag 6 pigeons dotted around an arena in as fast a time as possible without wrecking your car.

Joe fleeing the scene of the accident was the funniest thing.
Also I don't know why you'd use anything but a trophy truck or a rock bouncer for this. They'll take the hits and make the climbs & jumps no problem. Why you would take a low-centred car is beyond me. Also I just love big offroad trucks so maybe I'm biased, but Amy's run was the most epic.
The alternative I could see would be trying to take something that just has the speed and handling to get around the obstacles and along the 'intended' route for each obstacle. Might struggle on the offroad sections sure, but it can get a runup and the speed elsewhere might make it win out provided something doesn't destroy it.
@@ultmateragnarok8376 Struggling on the offroad sections is exactly the reason I'm saying it's a bad idea. Your idea works as long as nothing goes wrong, and as we can see here, it consistenly does.
which is why so many picked a car that makes up time during the safe part, rather what your advising is making time and driving fast through hazards. it's not the same answer for every type of driver@@excrubulent
@@_________________________.___.Not only are the "fast" cars really not that much faster in those sections, as soon as they get flipped or high centred in the uneven parts, they lose _infinity_ time. The payoff is completely not worth it.

This was absolutely brilliant to watch. Hard to believe both Alex and Jowo had issues with the same widgeon on the course. What total planks they are. 🤣

I'd like to add, I joined thus half way through the second to last run. Threw a car together and ran. I'm surprised I finished.
Seems like offroady tires were the way to go, despite Alex's preconceptions. The added ground clearance and the significant improvement of grip for the pigeon on the mud hill seems like it's what made you and Amy so fast

If not for that mistake she would have so won this.
Should have given up on trying to go over the edge and just gone back down the hill.
She would've probably won if not for the roll. Certainly if she'd made the climb the first time. Just an overall smart choice of car.
I forgot to switch to the manual gearbox for my run so getting it into reverse took forever. It was good fun though. After all the crashes in practice I took it slightly careful to get to the finish and try and avoid breaking the car too much.

Though it's hard to be as many of the other cars DNF'ed, if you look at the timings on the final car and the distances to reach home, Amy should had won if they hadn't insisted on going over the wall . Good vehicle choice and great run until then.

With most cars having more brakes in the front, I wonder if you could have gotten off by using the brakes and accelerator at the same time to force the rear wheels to spin.
This should really be a scenario pack: the Pidgeon Punt.
I am just baffled by the car choices, except for Amy ‘cause she had the right idea. Only better choice would maybe be the rock racer (or whatever it’s called) preset d-series, since it’s 4wd

At first I thought the pigeons were all too easily placed. Then the majority of the crew failraced hard...
Amy was the best. Not the smartest, but the best. If hi hadn't been stupid at the end, hi would have taken first place easily.
Too used to scav hunts... I was still expecting you to say "And dotted around the map are some pri's" then remembered, this is beam. :') Oops, brain ain't workin too well today.
I loooved this video, from the good runs going to crap because of random last second fails, Jowo's little "Fk this" walk away from their flipped D-Series, all the way to gliscors little fall over into the ditch, it just had all sorts of antics. :')
Also wonder what in the world happened to Russkiys vehicle. The steering damage seemed to come out of nowhere on that bit of dirt from a rather small bonk on a pigeon.. (Unless it happened on the J turn just afterwards on the little concrete lip?) :o
Seeing the AWD pessima get helplessly beached with its front wheels of the ground is the highlight of this video. A very anticlimactic end to the pess

Might be interesting to do so next time so we can sort of see what the drivers are contending with as their run goes on

just my opinion, but I feel the damage model on BNGD makes this game mode less fun that it would be in Horizon or GTA
