I read this book and found so many troubling elements. It is such a toxic, abusive relationship, I can’t stress that enough!! Then it just leads to the same fights/make up sex. I actually read the first 3 books because I thought maybe the relationship would improve and get healthier as it goes along, but nope. How anyone thinks Hardin’s abusive behaviour is acceptable, I’ll never know!
I am reading this right now. I saw the movie trailer, thought it looked really good and picked it up after I saw it was based on a book. The characters are really bugging me, so I am struggling to get through it. I am almost done though, so I am pushing through to finish. My jaw about dropped when you said it's a 5 book series. How can they stretch out the same things into 4 more books?

I actually hated Beautiful Disaster. If they made a film adaption, I would go see it just to see how they handled it. But dear god, the After movie was great.

2 stars ? You're so kind. I gave it 1 and I think it doesn't even deserve 1 star. Thats my opinion tho I'm just mad that there are quite good books in wattpad ( yeah surprisingly ) and they took this for a film. Just disgusting !
