Hi, just in case you haven't found the answer yet, you could create a Y2Y cDNA library system that could act as the prey. Details construction of the Y2Y cDNA library system could be found in this article (doi.org/10.5423/PPJ.OA.01.2015.0001 ). You may adapt this technique accordingly.
