Durban Curry Recipe - Potjiekos - Bunny Chow - Chicken Curry - How To Make Potjiekos - ASMR Cooking

I was craving a bunny chow a couple of weeks ago so I fired up the potjie and made a chicken Durban curry and it lived up to my expectations.
My neighbours probably think I've crazy cooking outside in the middle of the British winter - London.
To add to the fun, I edited and posted a couple of videos to TH-cam.
Ingredients:
• 2kg chicken thighs
• 2 large onions
• 6 medium to large potatoes
• 2 tins chopped tomatoes
• 6 cloves garlic
• 4 tsp ginger
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp oil
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 2 tsp cumin seeds
• 2 tsp fennel seeds
• 3 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp curry masala
• 2 tsp ground coriander
• 2 tsp ground turmeric
• 1 tsp pepper
• 6 small curry leaves
• 4 chillies
Loaf white bread - hollowed out
Serve with:
• Sambals - see my other video
• Grated carrots
• Fresh coriander
• Fresh chillies
