Thank you for the video. You showed ways to strengthen muscles, tendons, bones as well as balancing while still. The running you show certainly helps with dynamic balance (reacting to uneven ground). Have you seen exercises that help you with dynamic balance more directly...like what you need to stay up when you've tripped or a child runs into you unexpectedly?
Some rockclimbers have a pole with a cable that randomly tugs at them. The must react without knowing what's coming. Have you seen or used anything like this more appropriate for the home user?

Bravo, sounds like you hit the good health bullseye with your diet fine tuning and exercise. Most people give up jogging in old age because it is hard on the knees as most have some kind of joint pain. I wonder if you do any pullups? At 67 I use pullups to judge whether I'm getting weaker or not. I peaked at age 63 doing 18, and now I can only do 12 at 67. So I'm not gaining any strength. I need some natto and seaweed.

Thank you for your comment. In order to prevent knee damage, I jog backward for 100 meters or so during my jog. For the pull-up, I can do just 5. It is wonderful that you can do 12 at 67. I managed to do dead hang for 2 minutes the other day. So, next, I want to be able to do 10 pull-ups.

Thankyou for sharing your brilliant journey. For the exercises, I think we should consider our weigth. For the obesity people I don't think it wise to do exercise that hit the bone to much. I aggree the bodyweight training and flexibility training is very important. Keep healthy Sir!

Hi, I’m one of your online students back in 2018. I’m very happy to know that you’re doing such a great job. That’s awesome! You look very energetic and healthy because you have such healthy eating habits. Through my rectal cancer experience in 2022, which was a complete surprise to me then, I now understand how important it is to learn to eat good food in order to be healthy and fit. It’s often said 'You Are What You Eat', and this is absolutely true!
I’ll keep watching your videos so that I can learn from you not only how to lead a healthy lifestyle but also how to give easy-to-understand lectures in English👍
