I might be reading into it too much but Dudley's outlook on survival makes me glad for engines like Oliver and Stepney. All they wanted to do was live and keep being useful but they did so by honest means and not at other engines expense and left their diesel prejudice out of it. Makes one see how a desperate being can take different paths to live. They can still have their morals and honor or can scheme and connive to rise to power
Dudley is strange one but if the diesels are scared of him on mainland British railways...i bet their crews too have stories. Dudley's own crew has to have some sense. Otherwise theyre just as guilty
Being a manipulator and a lier never gives you what you want even steam engines can stoop as low as Diesels if it gives them a benefit to screw someone over until it comes back and bites you in the tender.
Well, the only thing we missed a lot of opportunities is we need Thomas and the others here like Emily, and Dudley’s most dangerous skills is ramming others in a threatening way when he sensed their empathy, murdering innocent both diesels, not only from Sodor, but all from other countries where he visited, and steam engines where they emphasizes and befriends with, etc. That will be a perfect twist and horrifying portrayal of Dudley than Diesel 10. I’m sorry, Nino. But it’s okay, I’m just telling you to remake it to make it more complete if Thomas, Emily, and other characters are here. Because it’s not perfect without them, it needs more. And also, it needs to change from previous era to after Day of the Diesels when you remake it.
If say I was Sir Topham’s lieutenant I would’ve advised the following Send him away, advising all controllers to have him only do scrap hauling runs. The only way he can get himself out of it is for him to (invent the “quoted paraphrased metaphor”) “Pull his smoke box out of his tender” Because thanks to the prejudice he’s got about Diesel engines he’s not only lost out on a real great place to call home. If he doesn’t ditch his said prejudice towards diesels: He’ll be spending w amount of time traveling, to x number of railways ranging from heritage railways with a variety fleets (combinations of which I’ll leave to your imagination.), exerting y amount of effort pushing a cause no one else believes in. Finally ending @ the scrap yard (circumstances ranging from: a long lengthy service and the bill to repair him becomes pricey, to by force)

"You disturbed my sleep!"
Sound familier
But at least Dudley did not say it demonically
Ha it was indeed too little too late

Alfred is no where near as good as Dudley.

Very good. Hopefully someone adapted those stories with CGI style models.

Me to
It's a purposefull trigger so TH-cam won't mark as for kids
The narration kind of reminds me of Alec Baldwin's narration of Thomas and Friends
My own idea for Dudley would be before scraping him, he’ll have an army of steamers that were meant for scrap to start a war on Sodor.
that is a stupid idea
You sure because he did say, you won the battle but not the war.
