I would not agree with you on the assessment that this is the best mall in the city. It's one of the most unsafe ones. A lot more safety issues here then at other Malls. Bathrooms are not clean- folks use them to do drugs. I would recommend any tourist to stay downtown anymore I really like Carlingwood mall. And Billings bridge even though they are smaller- less issues there. Bayshore is huge but very clean, well managed. Promenade de Gatineau is a very nice clean mall on Gatineau side- also much safer.
