      It's fine when it's spread over 3-4 months and away in the warm sun for most of the time!

    Banana can be strange my last home 200 km from here thy grew slow as . Where I am now closer to the coast they go absolutely crazy also on a slope here. Moved from Brisbane to Palm beach gold coast 2 k from beach. Yes avo are sooks 😂 I also get great success from pawpaw growing with bananas

      Avos need shade until established. Papaya needs a combo of humidity and heat, which Melbourne doesn't have. Bananas need water, heat, and minimal wind.

      I'm still waiting for fruit from 5 varieties after 10 years! I'm in the SE suburbs, 30km from Melbourne CBD.

    Hi George, what do you use as wetting agent? I have used organic eco-hydrate and it hasn’t been very effective.

    Hi , I have one area now is a white peach tree I want to pull it out . I want to ask your opinion which one I should put in between white sapote and jiro persimmon?

    Please don’t joke about suicide my eldest grandson has recently has a friend suicide and very good friends had their son suicide 30 years ago and you never forget and it is one of the worst tragedies a family can endure. I speak from history my husband died suddenly 22 years ago my son died 11 years ago in freak accident and my partner died just 4 months ago after a 1 month battle with cancer

    I don’t think your trying hard enough to get rid of that ivy. I’ve had success in getting rid of ivy.

      I've had success along a brick garage, but this one is different being attached to a living Fern.
