Left out who owned the place, or whose name was on the lease/rental agreement. Did not say whether Miles was a legal resident. No reason why he cooked the other 3's meals.

Im getting exasperated with these stories. The OC always waits until the situation reaches critical before they finally do stand up for themselves. And the perpetrators only get a public shaming but no real consequences. Most of these actions are punishable by law. And yet it almost never occurs to these OCs to seek legal recourse. Like filing charges or lawsuit. And the OCs are always conflicted with sadness or something like it. WHAT⁉️ This is not what happens in the real world.

It’s a pre-prepared program. All the writer has to do is drop in a few different settings, conversations. The story writes itself. That is why the stories are all alike.

I thought it was interesting that Daniel stated that it was never his intention to fracture his family. In my opinion, his family was already fractured! Anytime 2 sisters thought it was okay to put their own brother out and bring in a sister’s boyfriend, is definitely a fractured and dysfunctional family! However, in many of these stories, the OP’s in these stories let anyone/everyone walk all over them. They appeared to have to go to the extreme to try to rectify their situation instead of nipping it in the bud when the problem first surfaced.

Well, the person who wrote this story did not disappoint me. They overused the word palpable. I'm waiting for them to say resilient another 20 times. Ugh!

And it's so palpably palpable. We play buzzword bingo.

They overuse a lot of words like sanctuary, vindicated, balm, bustling, vibrant,,,

I noticed that use of "palpable" too, in fact, I am waiting for it in each of these stories! In real life, no one uses this word much, but there are at least one or two "palpables" in these stories. And "resilient", "boundaries", "thriving", "trust", and "it is not just about , but also about , and so on and on.

Where were the parents in all of this? Dead? He should take them to small claims court for all his damaged and missing stuff. He should never speak to them again. They are vile and selfish.

Daniel was pretty lame. Yeah, he smeared hos sisters a bit online. But if he genuinely owned the house too, all he did was surrender to his sisters. Lame.
