I feel like it's becoming a tell that Chilled is much more willing to out his "role" (the one he pretends to have) whenever he's evil than he is to talk about his actual role when he's good. Like in the first round, immediately coming out as bodyguard with no prompting other than "do you have any info" isn't something he'd do if he was good
I agree. For example, if Chilled was actually BG and there's a witch, he would never outed himself because he knows that the witch would use him as a shield. There's usually no reason to out your role (until you are asked your role that is) unless you try to appear good.

It forces evils to fake claim, and can clear usually suspicious roles like medium if there's no ts cc. Of course, none of this matters if town isn't paying attention, which this group really isn't, but I strongly disagree with the "don't claim unless asked" mentality.

In all instances, I believe that their target survives (unless multiple people try killing them) and bg always dies (unless healed) but don't quote me on this.

That first night was a crazy string of events: -Transporter switches Rep and Chilled, blackmailing Chilled instead -Rep makes a remark about "wouldn't it be funny if Pjonk was jailor" -Pjonk was Jailor -Rep looks sus because he wasn't blackmailed
To clarify, the reason Rep said that was because he's been playing the game awhile and knows you can click the player on the town list to see roles early. He did that and saw Pjonk was jailor, which is why he made the comment. If you watch his stuff you'll see him doing it.
Okay, so the story of being banned for pretending to be a bot goes something like this: (and my memory is a bit hazy so I may have forgotten some details) Years ago, shortly after Chilled and Ze stopped playing this game there was a good bit of drama regarding the Dev's of Town of Salem. I think it had to do with Kickstarter money and goals that never got met. So iirc there was a forum hack and there was a lot of negative PR going on. Then someone did a big bot attack on the servers of Town of Salem where they would spam a message in the lobbies of games and during Day 1 about the dev's being lame. After the game started/ it became Night 1 the bots would leave. This, obv, ruined the games because there would be anywhere from 1/3 to 1/2 of players being bots. So the dev's found a way to block these bots eventually. But in the aftermath of the events many players still remembered and were wary of bots. SOOOO some players would go into games, not get the role they wanted and then spam the bot message during day 1. This would usually cause several players to get very frustrated and leave(expecting the game to be infiltrated by the bots again). Once enough players had left, it wouldn't penalize the remaining players for leaving so the person spamming the message could join a new game without getting a penalty for leaving early. (it was also used as a way to get voted out as jester).
I've been playing for a while now, tt and some other game modes are full of people that troll for the sake of it. Though they do get banned, they eventually make new accounts. Which doesn't solve the problem.. And coven modes are mostly dead except for the rotating ones so not much going on there. Leavers in coven suck more though. It's clear of bots, the only downside are trolls now and then.
To hopefully clear up some stuff from Game 1 Night 2: Courtilly didn't rampage at home, I think she rampaged at the Witch's place, who got bodyguarded. This would have broken the Witch's initial immunity. Court would have immuned the Mafioso hit, thus it not showing up as a kill source. The witch really needed to contact y'all. I am also surprised Ze wasn't witched, with how he got sent into the Veteran.
It's strange though... Unless it got changed, an immune role that died and got attacked by mafia/vig would list mafia/vig as extra killers, e.g. if SK attacked a veteran and got attacked by mafia they would come up as killed by Veteran and Mafia

8:20 Werewolf only rampages at home if they dont visit, so technically you can visit the ww because their not home, but if you visit their target then you die. Someone probably said that later in the vid but im saying it here incase nobody did and i forget
You need to finally make a rule that when someone is on trial only the accused person is allowed to talk. You hung a retributionist with no counterclaim because Pjonk randomly started talking about completely irrelevant info during the defense phase and then everyone just guiltied because they didnt even know what was going on
I agree, these sessions frustrate me sometimes since they vote people up (for actual accusatory reasons and not just for more time) and just don't let them talk when they're meant to have a period where they can defend themselves
Btw, Chilled, it's often smart if Jailor comes out n1 and asks for LO/Protection. That's the best way to clear 1 role and have someone who town can trust. Plus it's extremely hard for mafia to kill Jailor in that way, they will rarely attack "protected" target so it allows for some nice plays.
all any is so chaotic i once had a game where the entire town was actually just town, and me as a jester, so thats 14 townies and 1 jester, it was hilarious
Playing ToS2 now and looking back on ToS1 makes me miss how you can customize the whole map and the UI looks soooo much different. I hope ToS2 Gets this lvl of customization one day

Such as 43:00 Chilled was basically able to confirm he was the veteran because he knew one of the kills would show as a vet kill (not that it mattered too much here.) Only bad thing is it takes so damn long to get through not sure how they can get around that so I guess it is how it is.
it's no different than what he would done either way. say no voice chat day opens. chilled quickly whispers brizz saying he's vet the vet kill pops up and confirms him. it really doesn't matter the only difference is he says it out loud for punkee instead of brizz being 4he only one to sew it

Well...that’s wrong. WW would have killed Witch through the immunity because it’s only basic defense.
I think a Spy would see a mafia visit to the dead player, but I don't think the game would report the kill as by the hand of the mafia.

The reason that WW didn't kill any mafia was that the WW attacked someone else. So he didnt rampage at home.
Not just that, but also BG stopped WW, so only BG dies, even if someone else had been in the rampaged home.
