i had that bolt break off and got stuck in the flywheel what a mess i took the starter off and worked the flywheel with a crowbar until it popped up and i grabbed it I also pulled out another bolt as well and a lock washer with a magnet on the end of a coathanger through the starter hole got lucky i didnt have to remove the trans great video too

Yes they can be a bugger sometimes
I have been trying to tell people that not all starter drives are bendix drives. They use bendix as a generic name for starter drives.
