Hey Dag, love this series the most. I feel that buying the JD tractor would be a waste of your time and progress. Seems like you are just buying for the sake of buying instead of progress. Theres 5hp difference between the fiat and jd? Rather save up and get a 200 - 220+ hp tractor, that would open up the use of better implements. Just my 2 cents.
You should get the New Holland 70 series mod instead of the john deere. You can costumise for it to be a Fiat G Series and it would suit up better in this series... Keep up the good work!

At first I thought you could put up a fence, but that would cost a fair bit and would also get in the way if you expanded again. Perhaps you could put in a row of posts near the boundary of each plot as a guide. This could also work to define the boundary between grass and arable areas.
for the next crop to put in, you were considering getting straw for you pigs, to produce manure so.... go for barley, gives you straw and food for the pig, and some for selling. also, you are not really selling sillage at your Bio Gas Plant you are processing sillage and getting money from the Bio-Gas sold, since you own said Bio-Gas Plant.
This is still my favorite farm sim series ever!!! I hope you get another 200 episodes out of it. Thank you for all the wonderful content. It has brought me many hours of relaxation.
Daggerwin, I think you should check some of the Ursus tractors on Modhub as for that JD money you would be getting 200hp, high quality mod and great sound. Not saying you have to, just give it a look as there's still time before you replace the FIAT. Cheers!
Regarding the boundary, just put in another fence. That will make it look better and you will be able to see an actual boundary, that way you won't risk cutting the grass you don't own.

Sunflowers is a good idea as you will need to buy the header for the corn 🌽, daggerwin you should keep the field next to the yard, its a good size for potato's or beet and close to the farm

PLEASE FEED THE PIGS. I know they are just data in a program, but a little realism means that you are a neglectfully raising pigs.
Daggerwin there is an ursus tractor on modhub in medium tractors which can go as high as 220 horsepower with a front 3 point too. It costs 68500 at full spec but you could buy it used and repair it. I think it would be much wiser than buying the John Deere which only gives 185 horsepower for a much higher price.
There is a mod on modhub, called growth control if im not mistaken, that you can manually adjust the growth time (in an xml file). The adjustments are very simple, and i believe that you can do something with that to prevent insta growth on the crops, and you can adjust times to each crop, making them grow at specific times. For a series like this, i think you can add and have a good time with it. Also, take a look at the Fiat 13000DT, i think you will like it.
Can you not use the conveyer belts from the potatoes for the silage? Just do what you did with the potatoes and set up the belts and dump infront of them if it doesn't let you dump straight in. Also don't forget to turn growing back on
What you should do to make more money is buying another sellpoint to make sure you always get the most money out of your harvest. I belive they cost 10k

Check out Growth Control on Modhub - I remember in a recent video you were talking about the default growth speeds and having to turn growth on and off...This should help you avoid having to do that.
By honest opinion on this tractor I know you like the smaller equipment I know that's kind of your thing is smaller equipment but I look at this map and I see it's kind of the perfect map to eventually end up in big tractors like big bud
This videos a bit old so he might not see it but you should edit the ground to make a concrete ramp up to the silage dump on the BGA, allowing you to use the dump trailer
With the John deere situation I think it would be a better investment if u were tk get the John deere 6x20 series as it goes up to 220hp and is fairly similar to the John deere 6010 series

Should use the straw bales in the combine shed for the pigs and the grass bales for the sheep
