I bet that negative travel shock needs a spring and damper (even just light damping). Without a spring nothing will push it down quick enough into the holes or between bumps like he wants it too. I wonder how different it would really work compared to just a 12" travel bike with a shit ton of sag to get it at the same static position? Why hasn't Foes made a high pivot bike like BMW/Superco? Those seem to work.

I think he eliminated the "negative shock" from the final design.
I own and rid a foes fxc 2003 and there is a massive different in the two bikes
