Nice and simple. Straight forward to the point. Easy to follow method ❤️ I'm not Nigerian, but I absolutely love egusi soup, and I know how to cook it. I will be making some plaintain fufu the next time I make egusi soup. I'm sure I'll enjoy it. Thank you ❤️🌹

Greetings Ngozi God bless you my Aunty :). Hope you and the family are all doing well with the grace of God . Please I was wandering if I can use the same method you use to make pounded yam( boiling the plantains) using the food processor to smoothen this beautiful fufu?
I did not see you wash the plantain after cutting does it mean it can't be washed, I want to know because I will like to transfer to eating this instead of pounded yam or cassava fufu

Me too. 🙏
The very best👌
Thank you dear❤
THANKYOU FOR THE MICROWAVE IDEA, BUT I PREFERE STOVE TOP AND SLOW COOKING.
Where d’you get them Stone-like bowls??..they’re beautiful
I tried this method once and I loved and enjoyed it.
I will love to try it again but I am scared for my blender 😃
Try cutting the plantains very tiny as shown in the video.
Do you add any spice?it looks yummy
Can I put butter and salt
What if you dry the plantain and grind before you stir on fire
That fufu is looking very yummy and will go well with correct egusi soup....chai...
Gbam!
What Incase you don't have blender?
So wat about salt to flavor
And your voice is so sweet my dear always love your sweet loving voice..
Thank you sis
I did not see you wash the plantain after cutting does it mean it can't be washed, I want to know because I will like to transfer to eating this instead of pounded yam or cassava fufu
Can this be done using ripe/yellow plantain?
Yes but that’s another recipe
I have a question. What is the scientific name in species classification of plantain you cooked in this video? Can anyone tell me?
Could you do that with yellow plantin ?
Yes but it’s another recipe
@@joyfulcook you could do it please
Pls how to preserve
Wrap it with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator. Warm it up in a microwave when ready to eat
With edikan ekon
Can i add salt to it
No we don’t
Microwave is easier for me...the stove is alot of patience and care
