So farmer with a shotgun really has always been one of the most powerful fiction characters ever.

In the shows they say that Mandos dont make weapons from Beskar, but in Legends the Mandalorians made swords from it called Beskads that were incredibly effective against Lightsabers and most other lightsaber-resistant metals like Frick and Cortosis.
Also, the Mandos have energy deflectors and grappling hook! Oh, don't forget about the vibroknife!

I'll admit, I was waiting for the mention of cortosis, or phrik, but to no avail. The two I would have mentioned were ion weapons and disruptors. Back in the day, at least, Ssi-ruuvi paddle beamers couldn't be deflected by lightsabers, being ion weapons, and this meant that hits from them could paralyze organic targets, such as Jedi, whom the Ssi-ruuk wanted to capture for their ranged entechment process. Luke Skywalker did eventually figure out how to reconfigure his lightsaber to deflect ion attacks, but then it couldn't deflect more typical energy shots, so a sacrifice had to be made. I imagine many bounty hunters would pack ion weapons just to bypass lightsabers, and either defeat/kill surprised Jedi, or take incapacitated ones prisoner, if they believed they could actually keep them.
Can't forget the flechet guns (essentially shot guns) which I guess could fall under slug throwers but also throws a jedi off kilter due to the many shots being fired at once. I'd also argue for Charric weapons (used alot by the Chiss in legends) because it's a combination of slugs and beam being the slug is coated in an energy field similar enough to a blaster bolt, but would likely still cause damage in the same way as a conventional slug
The clones are the perfect jedi killing weapons...of the Republic/Empire from a certain point of view.

You forgot the scattergun. A Jedi can't deflect all the pellets from a scattergun blast, so they're getting hit no matter what, and the ones they do manage to intercept will fragment like the slugthrower bullets
There should be a trigger warning..Beskar is illustrated using an ingot of stolen Beskar stamped with the imperial crest. This is like discussing gold and show an ingot of nazi gold.
