Show a lot of these videos of up and comers, none that I could say were next level, but this kid #32 has great mechanics, very polished, no wasted effort.
white dudes get compared to white dudes because they're physical makeup lacks fast twitch muscles... some white dudes are fast in the open court, some are great leapers and some have a real crafty game but virtually none fast twitch. Due to that fact, the relatively few white players that succeed usually have great fundamentals to make up for the lack of quickness... that's this kid to a tee. I don't like the Luka comp because they're games are so different--Bird isn't terrible but I also don't like comps with legends. Regardless, this kid will remind people of other former white players--they are the best comp.
I don't know any serious fan who thinks Bronny is the next big thing. A contributor on an NBA team? Maybe! Cooper Flagg, on the other hand, has all the makings of a superstar.
Funny how nobody is thinking of Cooper and Bronny in the same breathe only you. I like basketball they'll both be fine. Don't gotta bring a kid down to praise another. Very distasteful comment.
I’m sure the ones playing with them don’t. I was there that weekend. I watched this kid play where he was doubled soon as he touched the ball. He had 12 blocks that game.
He's already gotten offers to all of the big schools after his freshman year of high school. He's ranked the #1 or 2 prospect in the class of 2025. He led USA to FIBA 17 under world championship last year as a 15 year old. He now plays for Montverde prep school in FL. They were ranked #1 school in the country but got upset in the playoffs by a team they were previosly 2-0 against this year. A lot of NBA players went to Montverde. Most recently Scottie Barnes, RJ Barrett, Ben Simmons, D'Angelo Russell, Cade Cunningham, and even Joel Embiid played there for a season.
@@jeffsmith6311celtsone I’m saying as in Maine basketball has historically been behind VT & NH…why don’t they have an EYBL team they have enough players in the EYBL from there to compete
@jonyboi21 I thought they did , i could be wrong thus kid went one year to hs on this state ,they won theur furst gold ball and could have won 3 more but he transferred to montverde academy ,his mother was good player also, he also has younger brother down there
These games are counted by scouts and NBA executives...but the real question is, are these players and the AAU circuit transferable skills to the pros? Most players style don't change that much and they only get better at what skills they have already and add a few but mostly style is the same. Eventually the game slows down to the dominance of the HS level...LBJ, kb, kg are examples even KD...styles transfer easily
Man they are training these kids for nba to be in the NBA within 2-3 yrs. That’s why they can shoot, hold there dribble for an extended period if needed, work off screens and take over.

All his skills transfer...but u can't tell his motivation, will to win, and drive from these clips...don't know their GPA, family background etc which all are major factors
This guy will be much better off in college.. He's making it look to easy. At his size with that ability he'd be a Top Ten NBA Draft Prospect easily. But the young man is smart heading to College.
There is no comp for this kid 😂. Is he going to end up being a 7’0 true shooting guard? The league is going to be insane by the year 2030. Pg: 6’7 average height sg: 6’9 sf: 6’11 bigs: 7’1
Add the LBJ crab dribble and he an NBA All-Star. Saw a video with LBJ bending his ear after the game … Maybe that was about adding the crab dribble to his repertoire… From the King (crab-dribbler) himself.
is he in high school ? im not savy to the whole system.. but i dont understand playing in games out of state ? or these super team schools that arent real schools, they just have basketball teams that get stacked ! i mean if we gonna allow that BS, why even bother with high school.. ?

Yes it's not like there's Steph Curry, Kyrie Irving, Lebron James, Kevin Durant . . . geez. Cooper Flagg is going to be great but your comments makes little sense. Guys are more skilled than ever. Sorry they are black, I can't imagine your comment is about anything else.
He has the potential to be the best white player ever. Sorry I know that’s a dumb category , but he’s got the potential to be as good as Dirk or Bird or Luka.
