The next Larry Bird that can jump, lol!! Great athleticism, shot, touch, dribbling and most importantly awareness and anticipation ability. He gets double teamed he knows immediately where the open guy is. Duke is extremely lucky to have him coming their way!
I like how he takes that extra millisecond to add complete control on his shot. He has that awareness on the court as well as anybody ive seen to create his own space and get to the basket. He plays like a white George Gervin, lol. Special kid.
It’s nice to see him play with high level and athletic guards. The guards on his Maine United team work hard, but lack the athleticism to get him the ball in good scoring positions. If you watch the MU team, Cooper all too often is with the ball at the point with the entire opposing defense focused on him. Big difference when he’s not required to do so much ball handling and he’s free to roam around. Tho the ball handling he does for MU is helping him develop an all-court game.
The red-haired kid on his team gets at it he can keep up with Cooper (sometimes) on the offensive end. Cooper is their entire athleticism though, you are right.
Not sure where he lacked athleticism, in the open court was faster than anyone and beating his defenders off the dribble every time for dunks. At 16 none the less
Quick thoughts: - Plays stronger than he looks - Nice shot including off the dribble mid-range. - Okay athleticism; long arms help above-the-rim game - Missed some cutters and easy dimes where he scored anyway. Not enough to tell me overall, consistent, playmaking ability. - Can he 1 v 1 D up? Steals and blocks, sure. How are the feet when staying in front of athletes? Good player for sure.

looking easy out there for him. keep it up youngin
The next Larry Bird that can jump, lol!! Great athleticism, shot, touch, dribbling and most importantly awareness and anticipation ability. He gets double teamed he knows immediately where the open guy is. Duke is extremely lucky to have him coming their way!
we are looking at the next Larry Bird...
I like how he takes that extra millisecond to add complete control on his shot. He has that awareness on the court as well as anybody ive seen to create his own space and get to the basket. He plays like a white George Gervin, lol. Special kid.
The poise and smoothness reminds me of Toni Kukoc.
This kid would be a great Celtic!
Is athletcitism a code world for black?
The red-haired kid on his team gets at it he can keep up with Cooper (sometimes) on the offensive end. Cooper is their entire athleticism though, you are right.
Not sure where he lacked athleticism, in the open court was faster than anyone and beating his defenders off the dribble every time for dunks. At 16 none the less
@@BayAreaHoops415 I think they are saying hes athletic but his teammates arent
Bring that kid to the knicks he got heart for the game ❤️
His control near the rim is very good
His midrange game is impressive
UPS man ! Ball delivered in the hole everytime !
That upfake is a thing of beauty
Damn. Scary thing when you got the motor to go with the skill.
cooper has a potential to break the nba alltime scoring
Quick thoughts:
- Plays stronger than he looks
- Nice shot including off the dribble mid-range.
- Okay athleticism; long arms help above-the-rim game
- Missed some cutters and easy dimes where he scored anyway. Not enough to tell me overall, consistent, playmaking ability.
- Can he 1 v 1 D up? Steals and blocks, sure. How are the feet when staying in front of athletes?
Good player for sure.
He has great athleticism.
Yeah he's better than just 'okay' athleticism
