    Hi Morgan! One of my PE teachers once told me that it was better to stretch only AFTER a workout (because actually if you stretch the muscle before it is more exposed to injuries!) so obviously you have to warm up but it’s better to keep the stretching for the post-workout moment :)

    Muscles don't grow when you work out, they grow the day after, which should be a rest-day (for that muscle group). When I was orthorexic I also trained abs every single day bc I was obsessed with having a flat stomach and now I only train them twice a week and my muscles are poppin 😍

      Sounds awesome if it really is true 🙂 I've been (unhealthily) obsessed with having a flat stomach for years too, many struggles with anorexia and orthorexia, ugh. On the 5 days that you don't train abs, do you do any exercise or just rest?

      @@oksanakaido8437 on the other days I train arms or legs (with weights) or do cardio, like running. I try to balance everything out though the week ;)
