I have a 2005 Ford Escape that the alarm keeps going off when it gets hot outside. Where do I go to see the log data of which bad sensor is activating the alarm? I don't see where to view the alarm data log.

FORscan is honestly a bit of a confusing concept to me right now, but I'm learning. My dome lights don't come on when I open my doors, but my dash tells me my doors are open. I checked my bulbs and they're all good. I think it might be disabled through FORscan.

i just got my bluetooth unit and have my laptop connected im wantin bambi mode, disable tpms, and disable door chimes... dont know if im supposed to go into the as built or the non as built.... 2017 f250 btw
If you know the codes it's best to change it manually since sometimes the pre figured stuff out can cause more issues but usually fine if you remember what you changed and how it adversely affected you.... I would find the forum pertaining to your vehicle for the codes the smaller one should work for you I believe.

I do not think so but there are tones of sensors so you may do a search for blend doors and see. I'm guessing its going to show all as one so even if it showed a bad one you'd still be guessing which one. I believe I've read that usually it's the passenger side

Gregory Krisa, the tuner had no idea. I returned the car to stock and tried Forscan again. It worked. I did all the changes i wanted and reinstalled the tune. Everything works.

Ryan Sullivan from what I have read on the forums is that yes there is just that they can see that there has been a change but they can not know what was changed. I have not heard of anyone having issues with this. But the biggest forscan group is the f150. So many things they add there is even a market to do this cheaper or quicker then for to add the features.
Does the memory or ram size in the laptop make a difference...I need to go buy one just for this program and dont wanna spend a ton of money..also will windows 10s work?
If you are buying a laptop just for this program then you should be fine but do not think windows s mode will work but believe there is a way to take it out of smode to allow you to install the program

Jose Davila as in the codes already figured out part? You won't find it there if it's possible to remove it you need to find it on your own you can go-to the fusion forum and ask or if you can find a fusion without it use the compare tool easy to find on Google
You don't need the key to connect but to allow high functions other then just a data logger If it won't connect look at your connection settings in settings to see what you may need to select for Bluetooth. For usb make sure your drivers are installed go into device manager and you will see the device and what the irq is

Russel Mavs41 you can I have not figured how as long as you have the module and good pin installed you should be able to have Ford turn it on hopefully they will not charge much for it.
it isn't very difficult to do. I did it last year on my 18 f150 stx and had great results. The installation is incredibly simple and programming the keys is just as simple. Programming the module just allows the vehicle to display the settings related to remote start in the IPC like run-time and climate control. I HIGHLY advise spending the money on a quality module controller. Don't be like me and settle for a cheaper one. I have trouble with the controller receiving the signal from my factory fob.

Yea no problem I am by far an expert but since the experts didn't make a video I thought I would make one but still think the experts are doing alot of guessing but they also know how to replace modules and program them to add some factory features if they didn't first opt for it or going from sync 2 to 3 since Ford is taking forever making kits for it the community is figuring it out them selves so you see why there is no manual there are PDFs and tables that the community has put together what we have discovered Even Ford techs don't know much how this all works with their programmer they just take a text document and open it on their programmer when they need to turn on auto start/alarm. I got confirmation that you need to talk to your Ford service tech if they have a pcm update some Ford deals will not unless something is wrong and some will for a fee the fee I was told was $100 If you are having issues finding a Ford dealer that will do it at all try to look for a Lincoln dealer there customer service is usually higher haven't heard anything bad from a Ford/Lincoln dealer. My only Ford dealer is Ford Lincoln too and seem to care about customer service. Although they are the only near by Ford dealer. For another 400 miles.

Charge the battery using a body ground not directly to the battery I don't know the official way maybe some digging in the f150 forum you will find it but I'd try deactivate smart battery then turn it back on that should reset it.
You can turn off your setbelt reminder be cycling the key pressing your unlock on the setbelt several times and it turn off the chime. Same thing to turn it back on, I dont remember the order but a quick google search will tell you how. fyi

How's your coolant temp? In forscan that yellow section should show anything the computer has seen wrong that hasn't been cleared.

How do i deactivate 4x4 check/ wrench symbol i swapped my cluster on 2012 stx f150 to a fx cluster but was 4x4 mine is 4x2 ?
Go-to your forum for the codes may need to ask questions but should just need to find the option that tells the body module that your non 4x4

The ignition just needs to be on it advises that you do not have the car on when making any change or gaining access to module settings

Yes its called a jumper wire behind the switch. Pull the switch out and jump the two wire you caneven use a paper clip.

I would try just resetting the module if that doesn't work then there should be a spot to edit the hex
