If Armstrong had a much bigger presence in-game instead of mainly just showing up at the end, I feel this should've played during the sequence pre-fight instead of the track we got. It just feels like "This is it, this is the moment you've been waiting for, the moment you'll finally get to bring justice to the lives that have been wronged".
Y'know, putting this specific version of the mix in as background noise leads one to believe some _other_ kind of action is happening between Raiden and Armstrong...
