    I just wish there was a quick way to duplicate events, like maybe holding down a key while dragging the event or something. That would make my life so easy!

    This is one of my favorite sites. There is a shortcut key google does not have listed. While "c" will allow you to enter an event, using "q" will give you access to creating either an event, reminder, or task. It opens the screen you have if you click on the create button. Thank you for all you have taught me. Keep up the good work.

    A great video again! To see how to dock a meeting is my favorite. Thank you.

    Your videos are always so helpful. Love using Google Calendar! Do you know if there's a way to link a particular email to an event (without copying/pasting the email URL)? There's an option from the email to "Create Event," but the event that it ends up creating doesn't link to the original email where I can access PDFs, past conversations, etc.
    Thank you!

    Love the "G" shortcut to quickly go to a date! I didn't know about that one, thank you Scott. I'll bet you're not boring at cocktail parties either, lol!

    As a user of Google workspace business starter I was disappointed to learn that I don’t have access to the new, scheduling features and booking calendar but I am limited to the Booking slot instead, which is not as easy to use. It would be great to see a video, explaining how to simplify the process of using this slots feature in the calendar. Don’t really understand why the free version of Google allows you to use the scheduling booking feature yet the six dollar a month paid version won’t allow access.

    Desperately need 3 Day view for Andriod especially since we cannot drag the consecutive days we want. Any suggestion? Thank you for your time and knowledge!

    • @Simpletivity

      There is a 3-day view on Android. Just select the hamburger icon in the top left corner and you should see that option.

      There is not one on my Sansung Fold 3. I knew to check that.
      There is one on my Note 8.
      I use the 3-Day most all of the time on my desktop computer.

    Excellent video, is there a way to hide past events or fade them? I have some events that repeat in the future. Thanks.

    • @Simpletivity
      @Simpletivity  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes there is Roberto. Under Settings, select View Options. Here you can check 'Reduce the brightness of past events'. I hope that helps!

    Thank you! Loved the tips. Question: how can you lock the weekly view to show on screen say 7.00am to 9.00pm. Locked! So that you don’t have to scroll up to see 7.00am or down to see 9.00am. Can Google Calendar do that? Thank you! Stephen

    Is there any customization on Google calendar where I could only view certain time intervals? like 8AM to 8PM

    Can one share google tasks the same way one can share google calendar? My boss wants to find a shared tasks app for us both to use. We are considering the Todoist app but he already likes and uses google tasks. Is there a way to share that or co-use google tasks? thanks!
