After having MPE rebuild my suspension to suit 100kg the difference between old a new is unbelievable, where i would once be scrambling for brakes I'm now giving more throttle best money I've spent hands down .
On mine that is from 2002, i nearly maxed the pre load and the register at the botton on the front and it Is way more stiffer than yours for the rear spring, never touched yet
If you can see if an Xtrig preload adjuster can be fitted to the rear. Will give you more adjustability when riding with / without luggage. Easier than trying to adjust the suspension rings.
I feel like this comment has made the round a few times, but I would love to know your process for cleaning up your bike. It always looks brand new even though its clearly being ridden offroad alot.
Hey Josh, I'm loving your content. I'm interested in a T7 for adv and knew that you owned one for a short while, I can't seem to remember if you mentioned why you off loaded it? Cheers
I didn’t really mention it mate. It was mainly financial reasons. I’d have a bike for everyday of the week otherwise 🤣 But basically the DRZ can do everything that it could and I wasn’t as comfortable to take the t7 down an unknown track as I am on the DRZ T7 is still a great bike

Wow yeah those fronts looked real soft. Looking forward to seeing how much better the new gear is

Just got one for my DRZ400S per Teknik’s recommendation. The P/N is for an older CRF, hopefully it fits. 😮 Build quality is excellent.

handy tips mate, just got back from a ride on my sisku, noticed it on the wall, same as mine also... still prefer riding the drz though ;)
Haha nice mate! Yea engine power beats leg power 😂
Yes, that rear shock had to go up, not down!
Is that an adjustable lowering link or is it standard? Loving the videos mate, good stuff.
Just standard mate
Wow your forks are shot mate, i got the same bike I'm looking for a rmz450 front end to retrofit.
That would be awesome to see. Keep me posted please 👍🏼

Hi Josh, a great video. what is the gear lever you are using on the DRZ?
Just the stock lever mate
How do you call yourself an Aussie saying DRZEE and not DRZED. 😅
I’ll call it whatever I want 🤣
