The "small seeds" looked like dry lavender to me, but she said they were rose buds. Either way you can find food grade floral online (amazon and the like) or a health food store like Whole Foods.

Honestly no one really talks about how you shouldn’t put your mix in a jar right way because one it will clamp together and/or become a huge rock of epsom salt. The best way to do it add all the mix let it dry over night shake it up a bit and then put it in your jar and yes you have to be careful the amount of essential oil’s that you add

Drop the bloody dry lavender buds in without taking so long wasting my time and put the exact quantities of ingredients used don't just wear make up an sit pretty for a video. Also please tell people that all the dried stuff might clog the draining pipes not just the positive sides of your recipe.
