This one-of-a-kind townhouse is no longer available but was previously listed for sale at $3,999,000. Would you be a buyer if it came back on the market? Let us know why or why not & leave a comment below!
Well done! The only thing I would have added is a powder room on the entry level. Also, there's no indication of a laundry chute from the bedroom floors to the basement. Very cool renovation though.
Oh I love this home and heck yeah I’d buy it if I could in a heartbeat! It sucks growing up Brooklyn and not being able to afford to live here hopefully I will be able to own a home as beautiful as this after completing my degree and getting my real estate license! Wish me luck!!!!
This floor plan is awesome! With outdoor space too! Gorgeous! The only flaw is the lack of an elevator or at least a dumbwaiter! Who wants to haul laundry right? Other than that.... I love it.
This is the kind of house only a millionaire can afford. Every room delivers! It's a neverending house. I can't get over the fact it has 3 outdoor spaces that are big to begin with, but that rooftop space is to die for! This is the best space I've seen in Brooklyn so far. You guys didn't cut corners, and you thought of everything (that a woman would want 🥰)!
The whole of Brooklyn has been gradually transforming into these expensive places since the late 1970's or so - when a friend of ours bought a smaller brownstone in Fort Greene area around 1969 we poo-poo'd his decision, but boy were we wrong - he knew it was just a matter of a few years & now his home is worth millions$ !
5 Floors and no elevator??? The home is nicely laid out. Everyone gets their own bathroom which is nice. There is even outdoor space incorporated via rooftop terrace spaces. Great home to quarantine in with the family. Just can't get past lack of elevator when the 2 car garage has an elevator. smh
EXCELLENT tour! I've seen plenty of property tours on TH-cam and this was of the best. Before looking at the video description, I thought to myself that this property would cost four million and I was right! Very thoughtful renovation and I fully appreciated the central HVAC being that's so rare in NYC residential spaces. I lived in Brooklyn for eight years and sadly never got to know Brooklyn as I never explored the Borough cause I could care less being from Manhattan and thought of Brooklyn as being some dirty foreign country, how wrong I was! Now thirty-four years after moving out of NYC and thoroughly used to central HVAC and a two car garage, this is encouraging if ever I want to move back....NOT! I don't recall seeing the square footage of this townhouse, what is it? Excellent job!
Thank you for your comment & question! The interior livable area is about 2,582 sqft. The total gross square footage adds up to about 3,830 sqft including the ~228 sqft of garage space and ~1020 sqft of outdoor space across both of the rooftops.
One of ur best listing bcuz of the hardwood floors, dark wood stairwells, exposed brick and wood trim. Renovation need not remove ALL the character of these historic properties. Yes, if $4M was a drop in the bucket for me, I'll drop it. Now, where's the garage for my Range Rover? 😆
Certainly spacious and luxurious, and now I know what "stacked garage" means! I'm not keen on the frosted glass window in the master shower, nor would I be happy with the laundry at the cellar level, but if I had $4 million to spend I guess I could afford to remedy such things. Buyers of this townhouse wouldn't care that it's so far from the nearest subway station.... !
If I were a millionaire I would buy it right away...the only thing I didn't like was the kitchen color and the glass window in the room connected to the bathroom...I don't see the point of that at all...but besides that this is my dream house....😊
Hi! I’m a college student and I want to live in an apartment like this in Brooklyn within 3-4 years. Approximately how much would My salary have to be in order to live comfortably? In Brooklyn that is.
before this I just watched Stephen Graham reaction to "The One" home in LA, wich cost $500 millions and for some reason this apartment looks way more habitable than that big O house

I’ve already decorated each space in my head 😅
😄😄😄 so funny you wrote that. I do the same thing and I assign the rooms (who will be where) 🤦🏽♀️😄😄😄 we have big dreams 👍🏼
Same here. I always pick 'my' bedroom. Then I pick my childrens rooms and think about Where I'll put all the furniture.
Just gorgeous. Americans are so in tuned to storage space and do it so well 🇦🇺🙏🏼

I love those wood floors.
These tours are SO much better than having a realtor walk you through talking dribble for 15min.

At least those people will stay fit in this house lol
Those buildings are old and refurbished, they never had elevators.
You don't want an elevator. Too expensive to pay for repairs and maintenance
Everyone basically gets their own floor which I thought was a well planned use of space
Y’all always find something to complain about ugh 😑
The floors in this house, omg
I love townhomes in the city much better than high rise condos.
The Garage alone is the best ❗️
Agreed, thank you!
Worth every penny
This is my neighborhood. So not only is this a beautiful home, it’s a great neighborhood.
Love how modern. Only thing I’d change is the master closet and master bathroom cabinets on the 3rd level
The view (east, southeast southwest) the windows and the bathrooms will get me every time
Beautiful!! I'll be watching it over and over, miss my birthday place, Brooklyn!!
Wow! What a show place.
Dear M.S. Hi, Nice place, Nice location, Nice investment. Definitely like it. Best Wishes and Profound Regards.
I love this home. Perfect layout for a bachelor.
Hell even a family.
Place like this makes you realize how important it is to Work hard while you're young so you could have options💵💲💰
Wow.. just wow 🤩
I could really have a party in there , not only on the roof but in the cellar and I love that garage that was cool
Great video. The house lacks storage space. It has only three bedrooms and a garage for about $1 million each. I don't think that is a good deal.
The floors 😍 it’s so modern omg
I loved it ..... My home style♡
In my favorite city.♡
fantastic house
Very nice town house. I like this one..

Great design, no third-world AC hanging on the walls or out the windows.
Gorgeous design!!
Beautiful

Man that is beautiful
Fabulous! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I can’t believe my eyes right now 😍
Award winning it is!!! I love every corner of this house, especially the basement/underground recreation room/laundry!

It’s beautiful dream townhouse.
IT'S BEAUTIFUL OH WOW I REALLY LIKE IT
Nice 🏠!

Beautiful home is this the normal price for a broklyn house?
Very nice place. 🥰
Wow, was that a lift elevator?
Man oh man.. great looking placed. I’d love to see what the owner did with it.

I am ready to move in, packed my bags 🎒, I am coming!!!
Loveeee it ❤️

Nice home! :))
That parking spot alone is worth a million dollars
Nice 👍🏽
Beautiful space, should have a in law suite for older family members which would require a elevator hidden in the design. Airy and spacious feel
What is the name of that song in the background? I kno it’s off topic
Thanks for your question! The song name is "Find Your Way Beat" by Nana Kwabena.
How much is the cost? I'm very interested
