I searched and searched for e-bike hitch mount carriers and this one never showed up until I already purchased a different one. 😡 Now TH-cam just randomly suggests it.
The ramps will be a great asset when using this hitch rack on a Class A RV which places it higher from the ground level than this Audi demo. If I had only 1 e-bike to load, I would not need a rack with tilt option but reaching over a second tray to load would be a pain. Looking forward to receiving this product.
@@johnnybravo4012 Quietkat ran into shipping issues so I had to cancel that order. Went with the 1Up Extreme Duty with ramps. Love it! You can choose their Heavy Duty which is very similar. Depends how much weight you want to carry. We chose the extreme because we want to eventually put a E-Motorcycle (Surron) in tray 1- which holds up to 145 lbs. Tray 2 holds 125 lbs and optional tray 3 holds 75. RV'd last year with just 2 trays, each holding a Quietkat Jeep. Did very well and the extended ramp is perfect since most RV sites are back-ins where the land usually drops off.
That is actually cool… 👍👍 I do wonder how much it moves around while you are driving… because that pivot point obviously is not solid so it will sway left to right a little bit and in overtime I wonder if it’s going to wear out 🤔
Wow, no link, no responses to questions,, makes you really wonder "if" you buy what kind of customer service they would even provide.....to bad looks like a great rack, but the silence is really Quiet, hence the name Quiet Cat.....

Does this rack allow for ebikes with fenders?

Is it true there is no way to lock the rack onto the vehicle??
How does this rack work with bikes that have fenders?
Looks like those end rollers adjust into the other holes along the edge (lower the roller to accomodate a fender?)
the exact features and design I want. tilt and lock / load design. all metal. 100lb trays. US firm. Didn't want to see Out of Stock!

They don't reply to customer. Service requests online either. I used to have a good rep there. He's gone after less than a year.
Yes, have to wonder about their customer support!
Does anybody know if Quite Kat is first to develop this type of pivot rack?
My sur ron weighs like 125#'s, so this one might be out - unless I push the recommended weight 🤔
Check out the 1 Up extreme duty...will carry 145 lbs in tray 1, 125 in tray 2 and 70 in optional tray 3 for a total of 340 lbs.
No Link no sales.
Steel? So rust.
Seems unnecessary and looks to flex a lot. Higher weight rating is nice although I’ve found it best to not exceed half of the rating.
This is a load of crap! I just got my one up super duty and would have rather had this
place clarify
Let us know why???
